Disappointing. Food was just ok. Service was terrible. We had a large party for lunch, but the restaurant was not that busy. Several people did not get their food until the rest of us were done eating (over an hour after we ordered).

I prefer this location to others. The food always seems to be cooked better. Had the fajitas as always and a few drinks. Can't beat those happy hour prices.

I placed an online order and I picked it up. Some of the items were missing. I called the restaurant to ask about the items that were missing and one of the managers his name is Dan picked up. He didnât apologize or offer to replace the items but instead offered a gift card which was suppose to be sent to my email. 3 weeks later and that gift card has not been sent to me.
Fries were great, salad a 4/5, cheeseburger not so much 2/5.

Recently visited this location has alot of flying bugs. Makes you wonder if theres flying bugs in the kitchen where your food is being made. The Qp burger meat itself is getting thinner. The bun is thicker than the meat. It use to be so good when it first came out.

The general manager Mr. Dan Gallegos had poor communication skills and was more concerned with being right and concerned with himself, in general, than the customers concerns/questions. I received a cocktail that was supposed to be a full glass. The cocktail served was only 2/3 full. When I asked to speak to Dan, he spent most of the time talking about himself with little interest in making the customer happy. He basically said that the photo of the drink on the table was incorrect and the drink was not intended to be a full glass, as was pictured on the advertisement. He declined to fill the additional 1/3 of the glass and in fact discarded the previous drink to make another, which was also 2/3 full. He was not willing to make the customer happy, which he could have done by filling the additional 1/3 of the glass. Joe the server was awesome!! Helpful, gave good service and was kind. Also the macaroni and cheese was terrible. The macaroni was hard and the sauce was watery. We will not be returning to Chilis at this location and think the GM should get further training in customer service.

Everything during our lunch was good overall but the issue was the tip % on the bill.
I'd watch out and honestly do the math because I went to tip based off a % and took a look at the bill and it ended up being more than the amount should have been. Its not the biggest deal but shows the integrity of the restaurant.

I have never left a review at any establishment, but this experience was bad enough that I felt it was necessary. In full disclosure, the restaurant was not busy. From the moment we sat down, the bench seats and floors were sticky. Our waitress didnât seem friendly, and service was very slowâour appetizer took 30 minutes to come out, and then our entrees arrived just a few bites into it.
The worst part was my daughterâs steak fajitas. They were completely rawâcold and purple throughout. Even the waitress commented that they were âthe most raw she had ever seenâalmost blue.â She then told me their standard for fajitas is ârare,â which was shocking. On top of that, we didnât receive the sauces we asked for or the guacamole we paid an extra $3 for. Drinks were not refilled, and flies were buzzing all around us as we waited.
When I brought the fajitas up to the manager, there was no apology or concern, only an offer to make fresh fajitas. By that point my daughterâs stomach was upset, so I asked for them to-go. We ended up waiting another 40 minutes for that to be ready.
Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences Iâve ever hadâpoor service, poorly prepared food, and a lack of care from the staff and management.

The bartender Joe and Manager Brittany provided the BEST service! I came in after work hoping to decompress and mission accomplished! Thank you for the fun experience
