Tyler was our Excellent Server tonight!!! He went Above and Beyond checking on our table and making sure everything was perfect. The El President Margarita is the way to go, you can order classic and even upgrade and add a flavor - so cool!!! It was busy tonight at Chili’s and Tyler was Perfect!!! We will be back!!! We just missed Shylin who we always ask to sit in her section but she just got off duty as we arrived, maybe next time.

The rice with the fajitas was hard, some of the shrimp were cold & i expected the cheese to be melted but instead it was really crispy & melted to the plate.

The young lady with the braids was an excellent host. She greeted us and everyone else right as you walk in. Very attentive and made eye contact to let you know you're acknowledged. Our server B was sweet and checked in on us throughout our visit. She had help from the bussers who were also very friendly and attentive. This Chili's has a great team; their customer service is great!
Dylan was our server/ bartender. I have never felt so unwelcome at chili's. I was not given silverware or napkins. Until I asked for napkins. I was not asked if I needed another beer. He did not ingage with us. Like he did with other patrons that arrived after us. I had to tell him I was ready for check. Not good customer service. I will not sit at the bar if Dylan is working .

My lady and I decided to try Chili's 3 for me deal for $10.99. We both had the Old Timer's Burger, unseasoned fries (we asked for them specifically), she had the side salad, I had the chips and salsa and our soft drinks.
My lady's side salad was meh, nothing special, however, the chips and salsa were great. Both of our Old Timer's w/cheese were outstanding, they were juicy, and I would guess about a half pound of meat. They came with the standard lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, mustard and mayo. The mountain of fries were hot and crispy. Note: I ate approximately half of my fries before I realized, I'd better get a pic before they were all gone!
The service was great and our server, a young kid (sorry, I cannot for the life of me remember his name) was awesome and attentive.
Overall, the bill was $22 + tax and then we left a generous tip for our wonderful server. My lady and I discussed that when we do this again (and we will for sure!), we'll order just one meal and spilt it as we both ate only half our burgers while we were there at Chili's and took the rest home with us. Great job Chili's!
One quick note, we stopped in about 11:30 AM and it was only approximately half full which is amazing given that it's the peak of Snowbird Season.
