I've been to lots of of Restaurants and this Chili's is by far one of my favorite. The reason being is mainly because of the server/bartender Jennifer! Me and a fellow co-worker will literally go 30 minutes out of our way JUST to this location to ensure we will be getting great customer service from Jennifer. She's always in the best moods and by the time I even have time to sit down she already has our drinks ready for us! I'm not saying she is the only reason we come to this location, but definitely is the main reason! I know if you look up customer service in the dictionary it would be a picture of Jennifer serving a nice cold beer with a smile on her face! Best customer service ever!!!!

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience at this location once again! My best friend and I went in last week and had Lexi as our server, she was absolutely amazing! We told her weād come back on my birthday 11/12 so we did and this time we had Jen as our server. Again, absolutely amazing service from her and her team! Jenny assisted as well we got to know a little bit about both of them super sweet and amazing ladies! Nicole the manager stopped by as well and loved her so much the whole team at this location is absolutely amazing! Making this tradition to come in!

We stopped in for lunch on Sunday and honestly had the best Chiliās experience of any location in town.
The restaurant was spotless, the entire staff was upbeat and welcoming, and our server was on point the whole time. Manager Nikol Baxter came by to check on us and made sure everything was perfect. She really stood out and set the tone for how a restaurant should be run.
The food came out fast, hot, and perfectly cooked. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend the Chiliās at 1435 S Power Rdāhands down one of the best meals and service experiences Iāve had in a long time!

I was having a rough day and wanted to do something nice for my family to cheer them up because the situation weāre in hasnāt been easy for them either We went into the restaurant and sat down and unfortunately I didnāt get my servers name but she was absolutely amazing. I had an issue with my bank and found out I wasnāt able to pay for my portion of the meal and I just asked them to take it off so my kids could still have their lunch. They didnāt take it off. The manager came up to me and talked with me for a bit and let me know that they donāt judge for the situation I was in and were willing to help me. To all the server and managers I had thank you so much you have really helped and made me and my kids day. We will be back and again thank you :))
