I just had a really great interaction with Alex, the to-go specialist. She and I had a great conversation while I waited for my order to be completed. I always appreciate it when folks in the service industry take the time to get to know me a little bit. Isn’t human connection what the world needs right now?!

They put me and my 3 year old grandson in the bar. The waiter completely messed up my order and called him a girl. Yes there were plenty of tables in the family section 💋

What's with my grandson? And it was very nice.He enjoyed his food immensely.
I would not recommend this Chili's. They got my order wrong and the food was not cooked well. I called and let them know my order was wrong and was told they would refund me the items that were wrong. They never did. I called to follow up and asked for a manager. I was told she was busy and would call me back. She never did. Customer service is not good and food not prepared well. Skip the Mckellips location and go to Chili's on Signal Butte.

Ordered the four chicken tenders combo The Mac and chesse was bland the French Fries very salty The chicken tenders were a little greasy The Honey Mustard was very good. Wish they still had the Chicken and Waffles

I called in my order over phone , they were polite, helpful, and when I arrived ,order was ready , appreciated hot fries, order was exactly how I wanted it. Restaurant was extremely clean, waiters were excellent, attentive, fast. This is my grandchildren’s favorite restaurant and we go often. This time my son was working late so decided to take dinner to him. When he saw the bag he was very pleased. Thank you Chilis for making my son happy. Great place to eat. I will definitely refer this to all my friends.
Parking: Several parking spaces, no problem getting one. Also it is free parking.
Kid-friendliness: I love and appreciate they have a kids menu and they give each child crayons and a coloring, puzzle page. Also the games they can play on the table kiosk.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to bring in a wheelchair and they are very accommodating to seat you.
