After our last visit I doubt we will be going back to Chili's for awhile. From the moment we walked in the door the staff seemed off. The hostess was literally making faces when I said how many (only 4) and when I told her we prefer a booth, but it doesn't matter either way. I thought maybe she's having a bad day, at least she won't be serving us. Our waitress seemed miserable too, but was nice enough to us. I've never sent food back anywhere, but their fajitas are so bad I had to. Chili's must be really struggling because it was the worst steak I've ever tried to eat. It was so fatty it couldn't be chewed. I've never had rice and beans I didn't like, but somehow they ruined those too. Instead of taking the food away when I said it was inedible, she just said she would take it off and walked away. After that a whole group of them kept peeking out of the kitchen at us, and I think they were trying to see if I was going to eat it? It made us feel super weird and I was really just ready to go. It took forever to get boxes and they were watching us like hawks when everyone but me was packing up food. I think they were still trying to see if I was going to take the nasty food they didn't take back? The whole experience was extremely uncomfortable and at the very least we will go to another location next time. Their women's restroom also only had one working stall and there was water all over the floor.

Chili’s is chilis. My son love the tablets they put on the table. So we go here more than I would normally do.
Food is good nothing to write home about.
They keep this Chili’s clean and well staffed. The staff is always super friendly and attentive to our table.

This place is like 6 minutes from my home. It used to be great. The last two times I was there & it was just a few day's ago. Horrible I stood @ the front for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. And they were walking right past me and I didn't realize I was the 315 lb 6 1 1/2 invisible black man. But 2 weeks ago I had a blind client with me & she ordered the chicken sandwich no mayo I had the qp. We said it to the server twice because I'm reading the menu to my client. How bout she comes back with to qps so we tell her it was the spicy chicken sandwich. She says I swear you said two qps. I said no so I told her I would keep the other for lunch and before I could say I will pay for it she jumped up i can't gave it to you w/o a manger I said no I'm paying for it just get her chicken in so she can eat.She took the other burger and boxed it up like we were going to steal it.finally she brought out the chicken sandwich with no fries and the original fries are cold and the sandwich has mayo on it. It was a nightmare so I spoke to manger and they didn't want to take nothing off. Then she refuses to continue to wait on us I will be driving a little further to the one on power rd & Hampton.

Great dinner tonight! Vanessa our waitress was attentive & personable. My wife ordered the quesadilla explosion salad, & I ordered the full rack of ribs. Both dishes were delicious.

It had been over 15 years since we last visited a Chili’s, and this location truly impressed us! The food came out hot and fresh, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Such a great visit, we’ll definitely be coming back!
Normally when I go to Chillis I get the the Fajitas which are really good. However, today I got the 3 for me deal. I got a sprite, house side salad, and the Nashville Hot Chicken Crispers with seasoned french fries with ranch dipping sauce. Everything tasted amazing and fresh! Our waitress was amazing and always thinking ahead. So the next time you think about choosing that expensive fast food just go here instead and enjoy your time and food worth your money.
