Again? Cold burger, stale burger bun, cold fries and I mean just everything was awful! The steak was way overdone and looked gray, the queso dips were cold total waste of money. We won't be back!
What is going on at this location?! 😳 we had to clear our own table, every table around us was covered with dirty dishes which no one ever bothered to pick up the hour and a half we were there. Food was terrible, a piece of corn was so cold it felt like an ice cube! No one cares anymore, servers standing around looking at the mess and making zero effort to help clean it up. We will never be back to this location. After reading the other reviews I'm surprised they are still open.

Ordered delivery and driver never showed up and I payed a ton of money for nothing. Called the Chili's and they said they couldn't help me. It's not my fault they sent order to door dash. Stay away from this. They will lose your order and you wont be able to do anything.

Worst experience ever at this chili's. Steak was burnt, thin, and way smaller than normal. Side dishes and 9$ bowls of soup were half empty. Loaded potatoes was dry and half empty. I ordered delivery thru the chili's app so that it would be home soon after my 12 hr shift.

Waiter was great, food wasn't bad but they mixed up the mobile kiosk with the table behind us. When we paid, my father in law couldn't read the screen so he paid and then reviewed the receipt on his phone. Turns out not only was the bill close to $100 more but if you use a kiosk, management can't do anything about it. The collection your personal information including your credit card info to contact corporate the following day. Leaving took forever and for 6 people we only got 2 $5 off your next visit and 2 desserts to share. Wasn't thrilled.
My husband stopped by tonight after the father-daughter dance to take our daughter to dinner. When he arrived around 8:10, he noticed several open tables and a few servers talking near the front. He was told there would be about an hour wait, which surprised him given the number of open tables.
We completely understand that there are often factors guests don’t see — staffing sections, kitchen capacity, reservations, etc. — but from the outside it was a little confusing. If there was a reason for the wait despite the open tables, we’d just appreciate a little clarification.
We were really hoping to make the night extra special for our daughter, so it was just a bit disappointing in the moment. And we were told you don’t take reservations. I did call.

I ordered the 3 for me and was pleasantly surprised how filling it was. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich,minus the bread w/a side of asparagus and a mini salad. All very fresh. My server Maki was super attentive and didn't miss a beat! I'll be back.

I am not wanting to normally eat at this restaurant!! However, I took some of my employees here for lunch, The experience Two are surprise was absolutely amazing, Everything from the fun, energetic waiter, all the way down to the extremely hilarious Waitris. They made our experience absolutely wonderful. The food was warm and was prepared in a timely manner. We would absolutely come back here
