Hostess wouldn’t even take our names for reservations. Once we were called wasn’t even by name it was “hey I can seat you now”. The food was good as always. The waitress was a little too attentive.

This place has turned into a dump. We use to be 3 times a week but the food is terrible. Tried that new burger and the seasoning the use is grease. Was the worst burger ever. Also order chips and queso and they bring chips out right away. Then they give a queso to another table that ordered after us and they had to wait for chips

Jennie was amazing friendly and came by numerous times to see how I was!!!! As I look around all the other staff don't seem happy not even a smile as they serve customers even two managers walked by me didn't even see if my experience was ok.

Okay I got to admit it. I haven't been to Chili's for years. Somewhere along the lines it just seemed to become "meh." But my wife and I had the opportunity to go out with the couple for the first time and this just happened to be close to where they lived, and holy cow it was packed! My wife ordered the steak and I got the chicken and steak fajitas and I tell you what everything was done excellently. Cooked to perfection. So Chili's, You're back on my option list! Well done.
Was told it was a 40 minute wait. Got on the wait list and the app said to arrive at a time but my table was ready before the time and my spot got canceled. After that to keep it short we weren't happy with the service and left without ordering main meals. I shouldn't had even paid for the appetizer or drinks.

DeAndre was a great host! Funny and friendly, he makes everyone feel welcome. Everyone was great! The only bad small detail was the burger my dad had was tossed together, with the cheese was not even half way on the burger.
