The first week they were open was great, since then we have been here 4 times and something has been wrong with our order each time, usually an issue with a salad or bowl type dish. The wait staff and management aways make it right, however 4 visits in a row is frustrating.

Went during happy hour. Our server Jake was great. He was very nice and always on top of things. Food is good and reasonably priced. We will be back.

Very disappointed.. I got the appetizer platter with wings, mini burgers and rolls. Mid bite into the burger I pull out a piece of plastic .. absolutely disgusting the kitchen needs to do a better job .. manger didn’t even come toTalk to us, the sever only offer a $4 refund .. absolutely ridiculous that they didn’t comp our food.. never coming here again. If you want to choke on plastic come to chilis.

Been there 5 or so times since they've opened. It's a Chili's so the food is what it is nothing special but decent food. The service though is top notch. They keep soup/salad/chips and salsa flowing on the $10 unlimited lunch deal. They've even given me chips and salsa to go without me asking for it. Best value in eating out.

Maybe I was expecting more since they just opened, but all-in-all, the food was ok. The burger had most of the flavor smashed out of it and was a bit over cooked, and they went a little skimpy on the fries. Also, the server was not very attentive, and most of the tables looked dirty, so I would recommend trying another location, at least until they can get the kinks worked out at this one.

I kinda love this location. I've been about three times and I've rediscovered a love for a good old fashioned, tasty affordable restaurant. The happy hour is amazing. My current obsession is the boneless Nashville hot wings they are so good they do have a bit of spice but they are so flavorful. Also they have really strong drinks for literally 6 dollars and they taste good too. I like the blackberry blitz margs. Also, our waitress I think her name was Sophie or Sophia was awesome. She was so nice. Overall great chill vibe reminds me why Michael hosts the dundies there lol. No but seriously it's clean and consistent and delish.

Sophia, Jake, Dillon, Dwight (there is one server whose name slips my mind, but he is very tall and very sweet). They are all incredible. They take great pride in what they do and even when I have seen customers being not so nice, they handle it well. We’ve gone there frequently and they treat us like family. They are kind, sweet, and accommodating. We eat out pretty frequently as it is a great way to have conversations with my kids when they aren’t staring at video games. I’ve been to places all over the Gilbert area. Since this Chilis has opened, I have been met with smiling faces and great interactions. The food is always good (according to my kids). I only ever have a couple beers and they treat me exceptionally even though the bill isn’t ever that high. I think they have done a really nice job getting this place started.

Exceptional Service by Trevor at Chili'sMy recent visit to Chili's was transformed from a routine dining experience into an unforgettable one, thanks to our server Trevor. From the moment we walked in, Trevor's warmth and genuine care were palpable, making us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. His knack for conversation didn't just fill the space between orders, but added a personal touch that is all too rare. What stood out to me was Trevor's evident leadership qualities and strong moral compass, which shone through in his interactions with both customers and fellow staff. His attentive service was meticulous without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance that made our meal seamless.I am compelled to recommend Trevor by name, not just for the superlative service we received, but for the manner in which it was delivered. It's clear that Trevor doesn't just serve tables, he hosts experiences. For anyone planning a visit to Chili's, ask for Trevor; he's a true asset to the establishment and a cornerstone of what great hospitality looks like.

Ordered Boneless Buffalo Wings, a Steak Fajita and French fries. Everything so salty, it ruined the meal. Fries cooked well but way over seasoned. Boneless wings way overcooked and crazy salty. Yuck. Steak on otherwise good toppings for fajitas was dry, salted to heck making them chewy and disappointing. Wife said never again and I find it hard to disagree even though we used to stop in for boneless wings twice a month. Sorry but we won't be back.

had to stop by this new location as neither my boyfriend or i haven't been to chilis in YEARS. this location was very clean, staff was nice. the inside is smaller than other chilis i have been to but it was cozy. my boyfriend and i took advantage of the 3 for me deal that was only $10.99! we each got a soft beverage and then as our appetizer, we got the caesar salad (size of a cup), and then i got the crispy sandwhich which was great and fries were great! my boyfriend got the steak and potatoes (this option was $16.99) - he said it was good too. overall, our visit was great and very nostalgic....chilis is still the same chilis we knew 10 years ago! :)

So glad to have Chili's open up nearby. The food, and the staff are so much better than the "Neighborhood" competitor down the street that we have had multiple issues with.
