I have tried this location a couple of times and I always get the same feeling. It feels like everyone hates their life. It’s always such an awkward interaction with the crew between 8pm and 10pm.
They charged me incorrectly for an order and when I asked them about it, the cashier scoffed. She then said it’s only $2. It wasn’t about the amount; I was just taken aback by her attitude at that point. Had she been more kind, I would’ve let it go but I had all the time in the world so I did ask them to correct it. They seemed so inconvenienced as if they had not been the ones to do something incorrectly. They also don’t really give you much meat. Think I’m done with this location.

Thought I was supposed to get a drink with my mobile pick up order and then ended up embarrassing myself in front of a whole group of employees while I tried to say they forgot the drink, and then just fumbled and said I must have forgot to order it and left. Got home and the empty cup was... in the sealed food bag. I have never once had a restaurant do that. So I'm down a drink and unbelievably embarrassed. The other girl who was picking up had the cup was separate from her bag so I figured it must have been my fault, but nah. I don't blame the workers for my awkwardness of course but I'm just sort of flabbergasted.

Chipotle is what is it , great food if you enjoy it. Portions can be bigger and price can Improve but that is the company. This location the workers are quick and professional. Location is fun and clean

I ordered from DoorDash at 750pm with 2 vb and a kids taco meal. Nothings worse than eating your food and locating plastic. Definitely a 1 star and if there was something lower I would give it. That’s absolutely disgusting 🤮

Come here all the time me and my kids Short white girl blonde hair . Very rude very unprofessional at the checkout register couldn’t say you welcome or anything just threw my items in the bag . Won’t be back

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I had ordered online & forgot to finish payment when I showed up at the restaurant & they couldn’t find my order. So when I figured that out I paid on my app. It said it would up be ready in 10-15 min. A lady manager gave me a soda cup while I waited. The girls doing the bagging & the receipts had it ready in 2 minutes!!! Awesome service🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊
