I don’t complain/do reviews but a damn 15 min wait for chicken in a lunch rush?? You should’ve called it at 1/4. Obviously had to make a quick decision in line, got the brisket and not even like a hey we’ll charge you for chicken instead or comp chips. Good hospitality 🙄

This is unacceptable, keep in mind this is after i asked for more rice and more beens, the worker wasn’t getting remotely close to filling up a single scoop and tried to charge me extra for chicken after receiving about 6 pieces on there, the bowl was around 11 dollars for not even 3/4ths of the way full, this isn’t the first time it has happened and happens nearly every time i place an order online at this locations, i do not recommend eating here because the management is clearing teaching them to do it this way, being stingy and not giving the customer what they are paying for is scamming them, and i feel scammed out of every penny that i have spent here. (edit while eating the chips and guacamole I noticed a bring white hair inside of it, i have black hair and know it isn’t mine, disgusting.)

Former Chipotle employee here from WAY back in the day. I walked into this location earlier today and was greeted with a "Can I help you?"... What!? Extremely unprofessional attitude and poor customer service. Food was half scooped... I did grab double chicken, thank god it was a fresh batch because it was the only full scoops I received. First time experiencing poor energy in a Chipotle. I would recommend visiting a different location or perhaps choosing another food option in the area.

What a mistake. This is a photo of a $16 burrito. Smallest Chipotle burrito I've ever seen! I put my wallet next to it for scale. The line workers said they are only able to put one scoop per ingredients. I didn't even get full heaping scoops. What a terrible value. Employee customer service sucks too. This encourages me to cook at home more and stop supporting these chain restaurants that practically hate us. Long gone are the days when Chipotle was actually quality and had long lines out the door. IYKYK. Now they just ghetto. Cheers 🍻

It seems to be a habit of Chipotle's to purposely overcharge their customers when they ask for a taco. I came here Tuesday night and had to repeat myself several times that I only wanted a taco and I didn't care if the portion was small. When I got to the register of course the cashier tried to charge me $12.37 for a burrito when it was only a taco that I asked for. The employees were muttering among themselves about the taco and it irritated me enough that I asked him if they had a problem with me ordering a taco. It seems to be a company issue as Chipotle bonuses their employees. If you bonus your employees or you get bonuses you have to have the sales to back that up. My problem is that you fraudulently charged me anyway after you stated that you charged me for a taco. However, I reviewed my bank statement and it shows that you charged me $12.37 for a burrito. What kind of company is this that you try to shame your customer because they order a taco and then you fraudulently charge them for something they didn't order? From now on I strongly recommend people paying cash. Your customer service is horrible at this location. And I think the manager possibly is in on it himself.

I come this chipotle 3-4x a week and I always order the same thing. A kids meal with a side of sour cream and hot salsa. I have never been charged one time in the 10 years I’ve been coming to chipotle for those two sides. I feel like the gentleman by the name of Peter working the line was having a bad day and had a nasty attitude so he was just charging me out of spite. It’s extremely disappointing because I spend so much money with the company weekly being charged. $1.73 for side that’s are usually free seems targeted and excessive.

I was really disgusted by the behavior of the employees the other day.
I asked if the guac was free or for an extra fee. After confirming with his manager, the employee advised me it was free since I ordered a vegetarian burrito.
5 seconds later, the manager says “wait, not if you get Sofritas!”, So this man proceeds to tell his employee to take his gloved hand to scoop off the guacamole and throw it away. My jaw dropped! Such a strange and unnecessary waste.
The fact that I can’t call the store directly is incomprehensible! You have lost me as a customer from this point forward you’re lucky I’m ordering this meal for my dad right now

It's a decent Chipotle. We struggle with the staff seeming very disinterested in customers and more interested in speaking to each other or plans for getting off of shift. Food tends to be fairly consistent though.

My order from today was incorrect and incomplete. The kids meals didn't come with their sides or drinks, one kids meal was incorrect, and my burrito bowel was ice cold but for the rice. My burrito bowel also had big chunks of fat more than having meat.
