Wow the way they treat customers when they first enter isn’t even a greeting it has a what do you want behind it. I was assisted by a man by the name Andres. He showed no respect to me as a customer and made my visit very unfulfilling and very unfriendly. It was a very rude experience. This gentleman showed no signs of care or good customer service to me as a paying customer. I suggest you go to another chipotle, this one has workers like Andres that don’t care for their customers and need to do better in there interactions with customers

My SIL got me a steak burrito bowl for lunch and it was beyond disappointing. First, they were so skimpy with EVERYTHING. The steak was grisly and I could count how many pieces they put in it. The guacamole was gray, the veggies did not look fresh or appetizing and my food was cold! After seeing these reviews, you’d think they’d improve on the issues so many customers have complained about. This is not a cheap place to eat at least put out decent food. I WILL NOT eat here ever again.

Terrible portions, rude cashier, and my guac was brown. When I asked about it, I was told “it’s been like that since this morning.” Every time I come to this location, I leave disappointed. Doesn’t matter what you order — you’ll either get unappetizing food, tiny portions, or bad customer service.

The people here hateee there job here bro, don’t blame them it sucks working at any corporation but they do NOT give a shit 😭😭 lines take forever, the service is ok they’re just in a shitty mood. I’d say fix the attitudes but honestly when I come in and see lines almost out the door I’d want to kill myself too.

Every time I come to this location, they prioritize online orders and neglect customers that are actually present at the store. First I had to stand in line with no one behind me for over 5 minutes while they made 3 bowls for door dash. Why they can have two people on the line to help with in person orders and online orders is strange. Then they were posting signs saying they have no white rice when in fact they do, because you can see them dishing it up for the online orders. Same for the pinto beans. They wouldn’t serve my husband a vinaigrette dressing because they would not have enough for their online orders. Not to mention, there’s always an item not available because they’ve sold out. I can understand this if it were within an hour of closing but to not have enough food at 6:00pm is ridiculous. I’m done with is location.

I can't express enough gratitude for this location.
I had a terrible headache last night & had hung my purse up behind me on the chair. Upon finishing our dinner I forgot to grab it in the midst of the still lingering headache. It was 10 min to closing.
I didn't realize until this morning. OMG.
After initial panic I remembered, called and confirmed it was there.
The drive was scary as I racked what I had in my Michael Kohrs purse. Some small gift cards from Christmas, some cash, a Prada clutch and expensive makeup.
Most of the staff was young that I could see,
They grabbed the purse and I sat at a table to inventory.
To my relief EVERYTHING was there.
Thank you so much to the honest professional staff. I appreciate that so much.
You guys have my business. Thank you!

I wasn't going to leave a review until I saw others giving the food 1 star. The food portions at this location were ridiculously scant. You'd think the black beans, steak, cheese and guac were coming out of the employee's pockets. Hardly any salsa, as well. Not at all like the bowls they've previously served. Conversely, the staff was great and handled the saturday afternoon long line with efficiency. Cutting back on portions is not going to sustain my continued patronage...

9pm Friday night, they had ZERO food prepared. Out of rice, veggies, no meats other than steak and chicken. This is unacceptable from ANY food establishment, especially chipotle.

The level of service has really gone dome hill at this location 650pm on a Friday night and they announce to the li e that they are out of white rice, chicken and veggies. This has been the new norm here Management is horrible at planning.

Absolutely terrible. They take advantage of delivery orders and folks who can’t come into the restaurant. Ordered a burrito bowl with all the toppings I normally get in store. Double protein and the bowl was 1/3 what is supplied in store. With Guacamole and chips and a 1/3 bowl my order was $42 with free delivery. Complained to the store, offered to remake and I could come get it! 😳 no refund is allowed through the store 😳. No option through Instacart- they don’t do refunds, sent me back to the store. I have disputed the charge through my CC co. Terrible business. Photo attached 2 minutes after delivery. Never again Chipotle!
