Food was fresh, we had the steak bowl. Rice was cooked and not hard. Staff was very courteous. Went when they were busy, restrooms were clean, tables got cleaned very fast when customers left. 5 star. Little pricey but so is everything else.

I wish there was a reality show for this location. This was definitely an experience for me and my boyfriend, something akin to dinner and a show. While all the workers seemed tense, two ladies manning the front really sold this for me. While one woman was whispering to the lady running the register she took upon herself to enjoy a little snack from the bucket of chips (with her bare hands I might add). Over the course of my meal I felt as if we were eating together. She took multiple cups of meat to snack on while working. She happily chewed her snacks while helping customers. This paired with the gentleman from the back appearing and reappearing in a tense hurried state. All this to say I’ve never been to a chipotle like this before.

I had an amazing experience at the Mesa Chipotle thanks to Aaliyah and Tiffany! They were so friendly, fast, and made my bowl exactly how I wanted it. Their great energy and customer service made my visit one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend this location — they truly care about their customers!

I didn’t want to leave a review but I am upset! After work I was hungry came to this Chipotle went to order they were out of chicken. So I wait patiently! Waited about 5 mins got my bowl started got the brown rice, got the chicken from the grill cool got it fresh! It was fast pace go go go. Ok I paid! Got home my husband tells me the brown rice is hard! Chicken burnt! No flavor! I said oh no! Sad! I opened my bowl sure enough the brown rice seemed it was not cooked super hard! Chicken has a burnt flavor!!!! I tried calling the store but what? I have to turn in complaints on the website! Omg! Well we’re so hungry we end up eating the burnt chicken and everything else but the hard brown rice! I will not come to the baseline store ever again.I paid too much for this!

Today I had a Steak Burrito, since the meat is the main source of protein in this food, the sliced meat was full of fat and tasted horrible. If the meat is full of fat they need get rid off the fat before cooking and slicing.

This location offered a great experience. The service was quick, the food was good, and the staff was nice—you genuinely can't ask for more from a fast-casual spot.
​A highly recommended item is the Quezarito: a burrito completely wrapped in a quesadilla; It is indeed a 'massive' and satisfying burritol, a definite must-try.

Food is good, but service is AWFUL. Why are we fulfilling online orders if you’re out of half of what I want in my bowl and why am not being told when you’re out of things when I come to pick up? I was given pinto beans instead of black, no lettuce, and no cheese in my bowl. When I brought it in to get it fixed, the worker told me they’re out of those things and gave me a hard time when I asked for a refund. Ridiculous

At this point, just change the sign to ‘Out of Order.’ No beans, no rice, no steak, and somehow NEVER any spoons. Dinner happens EVERY night, shocking, I know. Just shut it down and turn it into a Spirit Halloween already—at least then I’ll know what to expect.
