I have ordered twice now from this location. The first time they forgot to include the 2 tortillas I ordered on the side. This time I ordered, I feel like I got a kids meal! For us that do not eat meat, you should give more rice and beans for the price you charge! There is no options to add extra. This is ridiculous and I will not order again from this store!! I wish I could add a picture of the pathetic portion you gave me!……

Back to add to this. “Owner” replied as seen below to go to their website to fix the problem. There, I got to communicate with a BOT and because I used a delivery service, I have to take it up with them???? The problem was with the restaurant, not the delivery! Way to go again Chipotle! Good grief!

The workers tonight 02/05/2025 were extremely unprofessional. As I walked in there, (mind you that there was no one else in line I was the only one in there) 2 of the female workers that was working on the line decided that their conversation and standing around leaning on the wall was more important than taking my order. Then when they finally finished, one of the workers came up and DIDN’T SAY A WORD TO ME and seemed extremely annoyed that she had to do her job and then continued to make an extremely mediocre bowl and have an attitude the whole time. I don’t know her name but it should not be hard to figure out.

Placed an online order for 11 people in a tax office...picked up order (and tipped) and only the top 4 orders were labeled, they rest were not. The ones that were labeled were wrong and nobody had any idea whose food went to who. Some staff who have food allergies just didn't eat at all because they didn't want to risk it. Items were missing and food quality was garbage. I called to complain and ofcourse there is no number that connects you to an acctual person. Had to reach out to the online chat customer service. Will NEVER waste my money at any chipotle again.

They don't even give you a full scope any anything just have a scope of rice and beans and meat this is ridiculous they increase the price and decrease the amount you get. NOT WORTH IT!

I came in around 7:20pm today, and bought a bowl at this location s girl helped with my order, and the first she just put in a little rice as in little rice and I had to ask for more because just like 1 scoop of a tablespoon and she just put a little chicken, I will not going to this location ever again

not entirely sure what it’s going to take for somebody to take action at this location but tonight was one of the worst experiences I have had in my eight years of eating chipotle. The staff was so ill mannered and rude and tasteless and told us that they are not obligated to give us their name when we question what’s happening at this location so we can document it to the right people (YOU) but they feel that they also don’t have an obligation to treat people with respect and decency. She threw my lettuce in my bowl (quite literally), and then smacked a bunch of corn in there when I asked her for A VERY SMALL PORTION and had a foul attitude with the responses i gave to her questions i.e, when i told her a very small portion of corn, but im not sure why she was upset about anything because she was going to put whatever portion she wanted anyways, regardless of what i say. CHIPOTLE WAKE UP WHAT THE HELL US GOING ON! Your people are treating us with discussed. They can’t even give us their name because of how aware they are of what they’re doing is wrong and us knowing their name to document it would only get them in trouble. I don’t understand how almost every review reflects this same experience but you FAIL every single time to clean it up. we will be reporting this location to multiple local authorities for review. We’ll start with Health Dept. being that there is photo evidence of the cook mixing chicken without gloves. Will continue to document this trash location for you Chipotle, not that you’ll do anything about it, but more so for you customers. DODGE THIS LOCATION LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. IT JUST MIGHT, LOOK AT REVIEW PHOTOS!!!!

My daughter has Celiac (Gluten allergy) and has to avoid cross contamination, so Chipotle is one of the safe places she can get. I let the server know that she has Celiac and she just looked at me like okay and I asked her if they follow the protocol and she said we just change the spoon and I asked if she was able to wash her hands and put new gloves to avoid cross contamination.
The other Chipotle’s I’ve been too have been really good at following protocol, all I have to tell them is gluten allergy and they automatically wash their hands, change gloves, change spoons and wipe down the line. The only protocol that was followed was the washing of the hands and changing gloves, I also told her if we could have a corn tortilla and she wrapped a flour tortilla in a foil and by the time I noticed she did that she had already wrapped it because the other worker grabbed our order and started serving and then the girl grabbed the corn tortillas with the same glove she touched the flour tortilla with. It was very unfortunate because I thought all servers were trained to follow the protocol. On top of all that my husband ordered a burrito bowl and was given like half of what the bowl is usually filled with. Do not recommend this location.
