Long wait even on a mobile order, food was not ready when I arrived, lady at the register said it would be done next, but they kept taking the walk in order. Finally after waiting over 15 mins they finally made my order.

Don’t waste your time ordering from here. Whoever does the take out orders is extremely slow and gets every order wrong! They also give about half sized portions for a bigger price tag. We’ve ordered from them twice in case the first time was a one-off. Don’t waste your money on this location.

I would avoid this place entirely. The food is mid to below average, but besides that the service is as low class as it gets. The “general manager” threatened to ban me from the store and called the cops on me for just speaking my mind. There was the use of one curse word that was said to her and that was the F bomb not a direct word towards her. More of a frustrated way of sentencing the situation that was happening. She pulled out the ban me from the store card and called the cops who i’m sure were wondering what she was calling them for. All she needed to do was approach the situation as a REAL “general manager” would and the situation would have never occurred. Simple as that. Good luck to anyone who decides to expect good service from this establishment.

If I could give 0 I would. We’ve been to this chipotle many of times and never had an issue before tonight. We always do online pick up in the store. My man went to pick up the food a little after the time it says it was going to be ready. When he asked for our meal they said it wasn’t up there and acted like he already took it. He didn’t they can check the cameras and he was just a McDonald’s picking up our kids food before picking up the chipotle. They eventually said they would make it. They made him sit there for extra 15 mins letting people who had walked in and made their food. Mine you he just got out kids food from McDonald’s and it’s just sitting in the car. He mentions something to them and the general manager got upset through the biggest fit a manger could throw and said he was band from this store and called the cops because he was cussing. The cops were clueless why she was calling… we were literally asking for what we paid for… sad day for them. Hope they do better next time

Placed online order at 645 to be done at 710, got to store at 710, order not ready, got message that order was ready at 730, went to counter, order wasn’t even started, waited another 15 minutes, went to counter to see order status, was told starting it now, attempted to fill order and was out of steak which was over half my 7 entree order.AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST, ABSOLUTE MORONS!!

Walked in around 8:00PM wasn’t greeted or spoke to and waited until the line employee i assumed was cleaning the station? which took about 4 minutes without a word being spoken to me by a ANY employee. A simple “hey how’s it going just go ahead and give me a second and I’ll be right with you” would’ve done wonders. Chipotle is charging ridiculous amount of money for the most simple ingredients. The least they could do is provide customer service.
