You know, a good burrito has basic components that anyone can put into it. Chipotle does this great. However this particular Chipotle is unkept, dirty, messy. The food area is cross-contaminated, to get to the seating area you'll be walking over rice and beans and meat, setting your food down on on wiped tables. You can tell the owners and managers don't care about you.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location in the evening right around closing first off dining room and patio very dirty when it came down to ordering food. The portions for everything were extremely small for the prices that they’re charging. The food in itself looked very old had been sitting out for a while. Of course it is the end of the day I do understand if I had to say one good thing they’re two ladies upfront they were tending to me, were very cordial and they were doing their job. I do believe the portion size is a chipotle fault they need to revisit the standards for that. I got five small pieces of meat and I got the Carne Asada and I paid $13 for this bowl. I’ve eaten chipotle several times. It’s several locations service is still pretty good. It’s just the quality of the food and the portions and just the cleanliness of the place needs to be worked on

Ordered via doordash. No protein was added to either order nor cheese. Doordash only refunded $4 out a 40$ meal and its impossible to get someone from the location to correct. Stupid Ai bot won't transfer to the location to correct either.

i was sharing a bowl with my gf and she doesnt like some stuff on it so i just got it on the side and they charged me around $6, $1.60 for each one and that is just ridiculous there is no reason for sour cream and cheese to be charged extra when i got it on the side i come all the time and they have never charged me for sour cream and cheese on the side i could of got two bowls and put the cheese and sour cream on it and it would of been a $2 difference which is just outrageous

Came at 9:30 and they said that they aren’t letting us sit down inside, because they want to be ready to close , even doe they are ment to close at 10pm !
So I asked could we sit outside were they have enough seats and tables and the guy at the front said he would ask the manager and they said no
I even said I would clean the table my self ! My wife is pregnant and for a them to deny us seating after us paying for our food With still 30 minutes before closing ! Isn’t fair and not good customer service atal
When I work any job my closing time is the closing time we have on our website and we must stick to it

Employees have a hard time hearing & have to repeat myself a few times which might of pissed them off, they always make it to go. They obviously don't want anyone to eat in thier joint.
The customer service here is the worst I have experienced in years

Seems like this location has very big issues. They had a note on the door that the store didnt open tell 11am today because it was short staff. At 1105am it opened. Asked for extra rice and didnt get it. I would suggest another location.
