Renee is extremely rude to her coworkers as I was in line getting a bowl one boy was making everyone’s orders then she comes over and started speaking extremely rude to him. Everyone in line visibly got uncomfortable. Renee needs to learn to not speak to anyone rudely especially in front of costumers. I will also be reaching out to corporate regarding this. Chipotle do better and hire better!! Your staff doesn’t deserve to be belittled in front of everyone.
I really like Chipotle but this location I've had too many problems with. Not going back I've given them many chances I'm not going back. I will say that every time I put in an order online it's always messed up that is disappointing. What made it worse this time the rice was Was very hard.

Came in on Jan 3 at around 2:20pm, the lady was so rude and rushed us after taking forever to help us. I've never had such a bad experience at Chipotle, definitely will be going to the farther one.

Used the app to order for take out and found it very easy to use. Food was ready when I arrived with no waiting and with no mistakes. I haven't had them in years and found the food not as good as back in the day, but would still choose over taco bell anyway.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the truth is I have been to Chipotle's from Arizona to Florida and it's started off when they first opened to be like amazing and delicious. But then as time has gone on everything has slowly gone to crap. I went there on Monday veterans Day to feed my two granddaughters before they went home with their parents after a long weekend visit. First thing I noticed which is of course what I always notice at every Chipotle is how there are several workers working the prep counter is filthy and for whatever reason God only knows this has happened all over the country and it happened at this location too when a worker is putting the food into the bowl if they miss the bowl for an example lettuce. They pick it up with their dirty gloved hand and put it back into your bowl which just fell onto a dirty prep table, it happens at every location and irks me to know and because that's disgusting, that's why people are getting food poisoning. That's the reason why people complain about your food hello. So first and foremost better training needs to happen on how to correctly prep food. Food was cold and my brown rice was crunchy. So my rice was not cooked properly. And my bowl was very skimpy hardly any meat. Hardly anything else. And I paid what 12 bucks for it. And the other thing that irks me is you have several young workers in there. None of them clean the tables. None of them peruse the dining area to clean tables so people as they come in can sit down and eat their goddamn food. Now, I'm not sure if these restaurants are franchised or corporate owned, but serious training needs to happen. I've looked all over the valley at all. The Chipotles and everybody has three stars or less and the complaints are always the same and I really believe y'all need to do better. Because the truth is people love it. The food is fresh and great And has a great concept if only folks would do their job.
Another hit and miss spot, today was bad. Food is cold, service was rude, and there was noone there. So there was no reason to be in such a rush. For me if the food is OK but great customer service I'd give it another shot. But rude customer service, I won't go back. I'll drive a little further to the next location.

The food in this place is very good, very tasty, but the workers are racist, very racist, and they look at you with disdain because you have a Latino face. What they don’t know is that I have a Latino face. I am Latino, but I am a citizen.

Ordered for pickup at 6:50pm. Arrived at Chipotle 6:52pm. Drove 5 minutes home and my food was ICE COLD. Not only was it ice cold but it was $27 and AWFUL! My boyfriend and I barely got any food, the pico had large chunks of onions, side tortilla was rock hard, chicken COLD. I am now worried after eating this that we are going to get sick! I will never ever ever go to this chipotle again. What a shame because it’s so close by ? but this experience was THAT BAD.

We spent $50 and ordered online at this location. We arrived to pick up our food and was told they were all out of meat, so they could not give us our food. The staff did not have the decency to call to communicate this information. We asked to speak to a manager, and all the manager could do was refund us our money, and was told that it would take 3 days to be refunded. Do not go to this location. The manager and staff do not know what they are doing. All it would have took was a simple phone call or even text message to let us know they could not provide us our food. Extremely unprofessional.

Bad customer service
Why is this the only chipotle in the area that turns off their mobile orders yet when I go inside it’s barely ever busy. I’ve seen WAY busier chipotles, workers here are just lazy.

I really try with chipotle. When things are right, the food is quick and good. I placed an online order, waited on purpose about 10 minutes past the time the app said my food would be ready and guess what. It wasn't ready. And also guess what, the place was empty. My husband said as soon as he inquired about it, she started to make the food. So, did she forget? And looking at my food, I can tell it was rushed. The beans were leaking into the sour cream in the tray, my quesadilla was all over the place. It's just maddening. The nearest closest chipotle to me is 15 minutes away and that's not convenient all the time. Yall need to do way better.
Review 10 minutes later. I got home and they forgot the fajita veggies I asked for in my quesadilla
Expensive and portion sizes have gone down. Not a lot of options for kids
