Hello this is a review about my recent experience at this chipotle the lady that was on line was extremely slow along with have a bad aditudenthe entire crew was very unresponsive to customers. As I was leaving a long line had started and no one else hoped on the line with the laddy that was extremely slow I did not ask to speak to a manager or a general manager because it truly seemed like there was not one

I will never come here again, they short me on food the time… I should have looked and not paid for this. Smallest serving ever.. much better food options and better portions in the area. Unreal!

Supposed to open at 10:45 but didn't open doors til 11 and the rice wasn't even ready and expected to wait another 10 minutes. Basically team for this location very unprepared and you will be inconvenienced.

Waited ten minutes store open 7 min late then as we go in to order no rice is ready and the wait time was 20 min. Manager on duty was African American male who did nothing to accommodate customer for wait time plus not having food ready instead he responded very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS

Literally the slowest chipotle of all time. I come in at lunch time every time between 11-12 and every single time there is just one person making the food while the rest of the staff stands around and fraternizes. Every other chipotle I have been to during a lunch rush, they have 3 or 4 people making the food, but not here! Expect 15 min wait if you come in during lunch.

Ordered our normal veggie burritos online and when I got home and opened the bag, my burrito was TINY. Smaller than my iPhone and almost the same size as the plain wrapped tortillas. I drove all the way back and talked to the manager and he offered to remake it or refund, not even both! They remade it and when I got home to eat it, almost the entire burrito was rice. Absolutely ridiculous. The management and the rest of the staff definitely need some training.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options — just don’t get meat & the staff answer whether each side is vegetarian.

Worst Chipotle in Arizona. Constantly out of food and chips and everything else. Never opens on time. Always changing opening times. Parking lot is a cluster. Just avoid this Chipotle all together.

First. It smells of rancid cooking oil. Secondly, unless you watch them make your order you will get shorted. Online pickup, never been anywhere as good. Pics are steak burrito bowl with rice, beans, guacamole, and lettuce. Missing about half.

Food was gross. Portions were far too small. Workers gave us attitude and were rude. I would not recommend coming to this location. The place was disgusting. Food everywhere over the floors and tables. Everyone working was grumpy. Unacceptable.

I usually avoid giving bad reviews and take it up with corporate and hope things get corrected. Last experience was negative and the corporate response was "thanks for letting us know." I have been going here for 5 years on a weekly basis, so obviously I would go back. Today was an experience unlike any other. Ethan the manager is a poor excuse for leadership. Corporate needs to implement customer service training at every level. Food is good, overall experience is garbage. Sad to see an organization forget the foundation of their success; customer satisfaction.

Employee with curly hair is extremely rude for absolutely no reason. My husband asked if he could have sour cream on the side and she didn’t respond, he asked again once we were ready to pay incase she didn’t hear him the first time (since she said nothing) and she just glared at him saying nothing again and just tossed it over to the cashier. The other 2 girls working were nice, I feel bad they have to deal with a very hostile coworker.
