I love chipotle and used to go 3x a week but this visit was truly such a let down. I never had a more rude employee serve me anywhere. I waited about 10 minutes before being helped (i was the only one in line) which wasn’t an issue. When the worker with the cheek piercing came up she and said they were out of steak and beans (what i usually get) but again no issue ill just tried something else. The worker gave me barely any protein and it was so sad i asked for a double and she had such a gross attitude about it she gave me like 4extra pieces of meat. Not only that but she wouldn’t even let me say what i wanted she just kept cutting me off saying “anything else, anything else” and kept rolling her eyes. She was slamming the spoons down and I was so uncomfortable I didn’t even want to eat my chipotle anymore. Very upset i paid 40$ for the tiniest bowl and such uncomfortable, terrible service. I will not be returning and going to cava instead.

Just go to Qdoba right down the street honestly. Way more and better ingredients, way bigger bowl, cheaper and better customer service. This chipotle is literally ALWAYS out of something and you need to wait

This is the absolute WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to. They were out of steak, out of carne adsada, rice was terribly undercooked literally crunchy. The service was terrible girl was out of steak and tried to only give me about 1/4 of a scoop like seriously!?!? Then tried to charge us DOUBLE FOR THE ORDER. I’m never ever returning to this place the employees treated us like trash and food was not even there or good this place sucks. Chipotle step up your game. 👎👎

5 employees visible, but only one employee making orders. The line reached 12 people before someone decided to help the single employee making food. I understand these employees have tasks to complete, but customer service should always be priority in a restaurant. It was over 10 minutes from walking in the door to paying for my order.

Came to this place twice, the issue is with the same girl. Last time we came she was yelling to her co-worker about non-appropriate extra curricular activities. This time was worse, she yelled at her co-workers saying I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW, said she was gonna walk out, and had a terrible attitude the entire time. Then she messed up the quesadilla I ordered and I asked her to remake it as even she knew it was wrong. She then makes snarky rude comments the entire time and not once apologized to the atleast 12 people she gave bad attitude to over the fact she had no white or brown rice for 30 minutes. She is Hispanic with black hair in a bun and is around 5’11. Thought the first time was a one off but still she has been bad for 2 weeks in a row.

The employees were so miserable and rude, especially the one on the register around 1pm today. She was unwilling to help us and had such an attitude, not even a simple smile after i said thank you 40 times... She was extremely snarky after i asked for a drink saying she already did, when it was someone else who asked for one, im asking for a second one that came with my childs meal... very hot headed and should not be working the front if shes going to be this angry at the world.

Not at all worried about someone picking up food. Was ok nothing special but definitely not worth being ignored by employees and when they did help acted like we we're bothering them. Word place in the area for service!!

The food is so good when they get it right, unfortunately that is rare. I ordered via the app and when I reported that my burrito was all wrong I was led through their app to resolve the issue. They offered me a free drink. I tried calling the store and they don’t let you speak with anyone who may care about making it right. They just send you to what is essentially the same thing as a chat bot with a call center rep that doesn’t do anything different. Eventually she offered to put a free entree on the app that needs to be used within some timeframe. But I didn’t get to eat dinner tonight. Unfortunately this location does this pretty frequently. It’s unfortunate that they are the convenient location for us because I would never go here again if it weren’t for the need for a convenient dinner every once in a while. I’m sure I won’t hear back and I’ll just have to deal.

This morning I went to the Chipotle on Baseline and Val Vista in Mesa and it was 11:15 AM. They opened at 10:45, so I expected everything to be freshly made and hot.as they advertise on TV. The only items that looked freshly made was the rice. There was very limited food in any container and the guacamole had turned that dark green from overnight. Every item was cold. The cheese, which is the last item in my order never melted even a little. Clearly nothing made fresh. Now the real kicker to me was that I was in line behind a black woman who ordered several children’s meals and a meal for herself. Every meal she ordered contained twice the meat and cheese that my meal had and I had ordered a burrito. She got a side of rice for one of the kids that was 2 to 3 times the amount of rice I’ve ever received in a bowl. The server was also black and I’ve noticed this is a trend at this store that a black server will give a black customer more food than they will a white or Hispanic customer. As an overweight, white woman, I always get less food than a white normal person. Anybody see anything wrong with this picture? I’ve only noticed this type of behavior at this particular Chipotle restaurant. So I’m done going to Chipotle. .
