Literally everyone is standing around while one girl is working the line and 1 guy is cooking. & the line is to the door. I got charged for double gaic because she only gave me a little scoop and I asked for more because I’m literally already paying extra for it. Insane.

I like the salad bowl but they gave an extremely dirty food bar. They spill all over and don’t seem to care. The chicken is always cold and the portions are herring smaller. I paid extra for half of spoon of chicken. Needs cleaning!! Needs friendly employees….

This location ALWAYS forgets something from our order!!!!!! Of course, I don't get any refunds since it's always a part of the kids meal and not an entire item. This time they forgot the chips that go with the kids meal. In the past they've forgotten kids drinks, fruit or even the rice as a side!
Not only this but the food is almost NEVER ready when it's supposed to be... Today 4 employees were chatting it up while our order wasn't done yet!

I went in today 05/29 at 5 pm 13 customers in line with 1 staff member working the line 1 on the register and 1 person working the grill. 2 managers sitting at a table talking with each other. Speaking out in the open about another worker who didn’t show up for work over the weekend and is a bad worker. I do not think this is the conversation they should be having while there is a dinner rush. They should be supporting their staff. Had to wait 20 minutes just to order food.

We came in here at 9:50 pm, an hour before they closed. We were helped by a young girl with puff ball pigtails and she was extremely rude. She kept cutting us off, was handling everything very aggressively and was giving us the smallest amounts available so she didnt have to restock. This is beyond lazy and unacceptable. Will not be returning to this location

Starting to understand the low rating for this location. Walked in and was told the grill will make my tortilla black is that OK? I asked if the taste would be OK and she wasn't sure. Why is the grill making black tortillas after cleaning and why are you cleaning before closing? I walked outside and watched them laugh with each other about me asking. Even a cook asked her why she would tell me. Is it a secret? Im never coming back to this location. Hopefully you can learn to treat customers with respect and not joke about them when they leave. Completely unacceptable.

Hello this is a review about my recent experience at this chipotle the lady that was on line was extremely slow along with have a bad aditudenthe entire crew was very unresponsive to customers. As I was leaving a long line had started and no one else hoped on the line with the laddy that was extremely slow I did not ask to speak to a manager or a general manager because it truly seemed like there was not one

I will never come here again, they short me on food the time… I should have looked and not paid for this. Smallest serving ever.. much better food options and better portions in the area. Unreal!
Supposed to open at 10:45 but didn't open doors til 11 and the rice wasn't even ready and expected to wait another 10 minutes. Basically team for this location very unprepared and you will be inconvenienced.

Waited ten minutes store open 7 min late then as we go in to order no rice is ready and the wait time was 20 min. Manager on duty was African American male who did nothing to accommodate customer for wait time plus not having food ready instead he responded very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS

I come in at lunch time every time between 11-12 and every single time there is just one person making the food while the rest of the staff stands around and fraternizes. Every other chipotle I have been to during a lunch rush, they have 3 or 4 people making the food, but not here! Expect 15 min wait if you come in during lunch.

Ordered our normal veggie burritos online and when I got home and opened the bag, my burrito was TINY. Smaller than my iPhone and almost the same size as the plain wrapped tortillas. I drove all the way back and talked to the manager and he offered to remake it or refund, not even both! They remade it and when I got home to eat it, almost the entire burrito was rice. Absolutely ridiculous. The management and the rest of the staff definitely need some training.
