Chipotle Mexican Grill

Out of their promo chicken. Trash cans maxed out. Bathrooms disgusting. Didn't get to see the kitchen or I'd probably be grossed out more. I'm a fan of chipotle but this location seems to suffer. I won't be back. The food also tasted off.

Walked in around 7pm on a Tuesday. There was no one in line. Was greated by a teenager that ran us through our order like there was a line of customers out the door. There were plenty of places to sit but not one clean table, so we had to clean one ourselves. There were multiple employees, all teenagers, doing absolutely nothing. The women's bathroom was disgusting, walked in and right back out. Decided we had enough went to throw away our garbage but every single garbage can was overflowing. This place needs some adult supervision.

Honest to god charging $15 for a bowl now and putting 2 Oz of protein in your meal is legit robbery , chipotle used to be a staple in my diet and now I very rarely go there anymore I could go sit down at a decent restaurant spent 10$ more and get 4x the amount of food. I hope this company goes under or gets taken over by less greedy corporate dirt who sits down in meetings to talk about how to slim down the proportion size and increase profit margins like why are we charging $5 for double meat when double meet is still legit less then regular sizes were 5 years ago … wake up its not about profit margins that keeps you in business it’s providing a good product/service to a paying customer that makes them feel any to come back. Increase your amount of food your giving to people for you’re already irritably high prices and watch how many people start going back to chipotle on the regular

Have been here so many times because it’s close to home. Always order online. Half the time I end up waiting, while watching customers walk in and get food made while I wait. No one cares whatsoever. Never an apology. Hate this location. Will not be back. Literally waiting 40 minutes now to get a burrito made.

We have been stopping at this location for about a year. Every time it has been getting worse. Stopped by this week before 7 pm and they were out of brown rice plus numerous other items. Three straight times they have over charged us for something other than what was ordered. This last time it was $40 for just two burritos. The cashier said she would void that transaction, however she did not and it was still charged to the credit card. Needless to say that charge has been disputed. The manager in training came running after us outside to apologize for the mix up, yet did not try to make it right. For some reason they never have the same staff and none of them are properly trained. They have lost my business and hopefully yours.

Horrible at prep. Been multiple times where they are out of something. Tortillas, chips, salsa, rice. They disappoint time and time again.

Learn how to properly wrap a burrito. Smh. It's a tortilla ball.

I wish there was a way to leave less than a star. Every time we go the wait is tremendously long and when we get up to the front of the line they are out of everything

Hahaha $15/hr. What a joke, these spoiled kids don’t know anything about running a business, but greedy corporations need kids to make their shareholders happy. Lol. Everything about this location is awful, if I wanted to sit down and pay for a restaurant atmosphere I would have done that. One hour waiting for my online order.Lol… they gave me a free meal because the last experience was so awful and when I redeemed the free meal the experience was even worse. Lol. Never mind the price gouging hahaha the food sux. I was afraid of food poisoning so I just tossed it after one bite. Food made with hate the opposite of love.

Worst location ever. The last 4 times I have been to Chipotle on Signal Butte all meat pans were literally completely empty. Today, a Thursday at 415 pm, the lowest occupancy of the day, every single pan was empty. When asked how long it would take to make more products, the kid said "Well, I'm not making anymore brisket, but steak should be about 45 minutes". No one in the place and ALL PANS empty with a 45 minute wait! Done with this place. Never again.

So for some reason everytime I go to this specific location, they are always out of something and we have to wait for anything too be made. I don’t get how management allows this to always happen when I love chipotle and it is my favorite and is the only chipotle that’s closest to me!

Place was nice, employees were kind. However, food wise, rice was not cooked throughly and on a EXTRA lettuce order I didn’t even receive an actual portion on lettuce. Also, sour cream was not dolloped on top like usual, just a table spoon on the side of my bowl. Was a bit disappointed. Considering chipotle is MY

Terrible Customer service. The girl didn’t know what she was doing and when she didn’t understand our order she just turned and walked away and never came back. Someone else had to come and take the order and was confused how the girl struggled to make a bowl and and 2 tacos.
