Chipotle Mexican Grill

First time ever going to get chipotle and people tell me it’s really good and this hyped me up , I go and order and everything is alr nothing bad but the food choice is well… very little options which is fine but I expected more and the taste not much going on. I had higher expectations but it was ight , don know if I’ll ever come back though maybe the food is not for me. Other than that everything else was fine nice place

I’m going to start off one by one with every chipotle since they support ice but yet have Hispanic food on their menu how can you be a company and have Mexican grill in the name but donate towards ice foundations

I have never experienced anything like this. I was eating my food and noticed something inside it. This is absolutely disgusting. I usually love Chipotle, but after seeing this, I’m extremely disappointed and grossed out after seeing a small nose ring 🤮

Food was pretty cold.....Like the Steak was sitting a while

10:30pm. One girl was prepping food for online orders and in person orders by herself. Waited 10 minutes before I was able to place my order and I was the only person in line. Walked outside 4 employees were outside throwing trash away. Make it make sense.

Just had the absolute worst food quality I have ever had at any chipotle. I go to chipotle at least once a week if not more, and this had to the worst I have ever had. How do you serve set cooked rice!?

It’s obviously under cooked, you can visually see it’s undercooked, it sounds undercooked, and feels hard. I will NEVER go to this chipotle again and I advise you not to either.

The food was absolutely disgusting and I don't understand why because I've gone here for years and the food was always good...
Albeit sometimes I think they're light on the portion of meat most of the time.
I had huge chunks of fat I spit out and then I even had a very large chunk of cartilage in my burrito... It made me want to throw up.
The beans tasted dried like they were never fully cooked.
One of the people working there there weren't the nicest while most of them were.
The atmosphere here is obvious it's a Chipotle it's not like it's fancy or anything so...
I just can't believe it because I went from I can't wait to get one of these burritos to I really regret getting one of these burritos.
It's to the point where I am on the fence of whether to ever come back to one of these again that's how disgusting it was.

Way too expensive for a cheese quesadilla it's actually cheaper to go to an actual restaurant.

They give little to no food other than the rice it's kind of insane for how much we pay to receive no food other than a bunch of rice. And the chicken is burnt.

I worked a 12 hour shift and haven’t eaten today so you can imagine my frustration when I was served frozen food. The sour cream was frozen. The corn was frozen. The burrito was at lukewarm temperature. Even the salsa was cold. I’m thankful to the corporate team for being able to issue a refund minus the delivery fee, such a waste of time and a huge disappoint as I used to love chipotle . Food quality has totally went downhill and is severed at unsafe temperatures at certain times .

Manger was awful!!! Every thing I asked for she scoffed and was so rude about. My family and I eat there often but after spending 30$ for a burrito the size of my toddlers shoe I will not be returning!!! 0/10!!!

Food was ice, ice cold. Ordered the new Carne Asada special, no way was this cooked same day.
Burrito with beef was also ice cold. Flavors are not blended. On either meal. Stay away from Chipolte waste of money.

Tried to order the quesadilla online, since that is the only way it is allowed. But they can't accept their own gift cards online. So I tried to call the store. Got stuck talking to a computer and wasted my time. Would not connect to a real person. WAY TO GO, CORPORATE. Just wanted to have the meal honored but your faulty system and lack of forethought prevented you from taking the money you already own... That's right. Just like Starbucks. You are your own bank with gift cards. Your lack of customer appreciation and public engagement is bewildering.
