I worked a 12 hour shift and haven’t eaten today so you can imagine my frustration when I was served frozen food. The sour cream was frozen. The corn was frozen. The burrito was at lukewarm temperature. Even the salsa was cold. I’m thankful to the corporate team for being able to issue a refund minus the delivery fee, such a waste of time and a huge disappoint as I used to love chipotle . Food quality has totally went downhill and is severed at unsafe temperatures at certain times .

Manger was awful!!! Every thing I asked for she scoffed and was so rude about. My family and I eat there often but after spending 30$ for a burrito the size of my toddlers shoe I will not be returning!!! 0/10!!!
Food was ice, ice cold. Ordered the new Carne Asada special, no way was this cooked same day.
Burrito with beef was also ice cold. Flavors are not blended. On either meal. Stay away from Chipolte waste of money.

Tried to order the quesadilla online, since that is the only way it is allowed. But they can't accept their own gift cards online. So I tried to call the store. Got stuck talking to a computer and wasted my time. Would not connect to a real person. WAY TO GO, CORPORATE. Just wanted to have the meal honored but your faulty system and lack of forethought prevented you from taking the money you already own... That's right. Just like Starbucks. You are your own bank with gift cards. Your lack of customer appreciation and public engagement is bewildering.

Just watched an employee spray Purell all over without covering the food. It went all over the food and nobody cared. Will be reporting to the health department.
Edit: While responding to this seems nice, at least provide a link that works. I have tried from my phone, tablet, and desktop. Me reaffirmation about this location is clearly spot on.
The girl at the front during night shift was rude didn’t acknowledge me and my family until she was done having a conversation and when she was making the bowls she was kept looking at her coworkers and laughing and was rushing us and they didn’t have guacamole so whoever does prep needs to make sure they prep enough for night shift. If you hate you’re job leave.

Very rude unprofessional staff walked in was not greeted. There was only two other people in the restaurant sitting down there’s no reason why three staff did not welcome customer into the store or acknowledge me waited 2 to 3 whole minutes before they said anything then was rushed got upset when I asked for extra servings that I’m OK to pay for. Didn’t feel comfortable enough to ask for lettuce in my bowls at the end because she was already wrapping it up and then asked if I was done after she was already done wrapping it up. I also wanted to order chips and guac. But there was none and I went there for chips and guac and if I would’ve known there wasn’t any guac I would’ve just left so very unsatisfied $30 gone down the drain for nothing feeling hurt wish I would’ve went somewhere else.

Such an awful service by the 2 women crew members (serving food and cashier).

They need to be trained for proper and efficient customer service.
1.No acknowledgment / courtesy to ask how they can assist.
2. I had to follow up for an order I have been waiting for 15mins as there was no initiative to update.
3. No apologies for the long wait time.

Stopped in today had a young man serve me I think his name was Darwin and yet all his other team members were assisting with zero help walking around him while line built up long he handled it with ease stayed calm and helped everybody but the teamwork there needs to be worked on

This was the worst visit, we go to this location quite often. Cold food, the teenage boy who helped me and my husband seemed to be he in a hurry. Thought his name would have been on the receipt seems as he was logged in on another employees code. Very disappointed in our dinner tonight.
