Ordered online. My kids meal did not get their chips nor drink and my meal didn’t get the fajitas. Contacted support. That’s hell. Online chat bot that makes you download an app to receive something. Downloaded the app, supposed to send a code never received twice. Very disappointed.

This is the closest Chipotle near me and I absolutely hate it. Look how tiny this burrito is. I don’t need something I need to double fist, but come on…. This looks like it’s for my 3year old. I’ve lived in my neighborhood for 2.5 years, I’ve ordered from this chipotle total of 4 times and have never had a good outcome. I’ve had one giant chunk of fat meat. I’ve had a burrito that was almost just cheese and sour cream. It’s just all around disappointing. It’s worth taking the time and going to a different location.

I generally like the food, the taste is really quite decent for the money. Lines can be slow at times, but not too bad other times.But the thing I just can't get over is how a company with a stock price so high can't put in a decent dining room and instead expects people eat in a dining room that resembles a construction area. At night its like eating under a flash light and the walls are just glass and concrete blocks.
