Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Food QualityI recently had at Chipotle located at 1546 N Cooper Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233, on 04/06/2024.Upon entering the restaurant, I encountered an atmosphere of chaos and stress as employees were hurriedly shutting down the restaurant well before the posted closing time. There were audible expressions of dissatisfaction from other customers, and it was clear that fresh food options were no longer available, including essential items like tortillas, meats, and guacamole.Despite arriving close to the closing time, I proceeded with my order assuming I could still get a quick meal. However, the food I received was of notably poor quality. The rice was plain and lacked the usual cilantro and lime seasoning, and essential items like guacamole and tortillas were unavailable.To add to my disappointment, the manager (Armando, based on my receipt) abruptly informed the remaining diners that the dining area was closed and asked everyone to leave, despite there being approximately 12 customers still present and with several minutes left until the posted closing time of 10:00 PM. When I politely requested a few extra minutes to finish my meal due to a long drive ahead, the manager responded with unnecessary hostility and denied my request.The situation escalated when I asked for the manager's name to address my concerns about the discrepancies in closing times and food availability. Instead of providing assistance or information, the manager defensively refused to disclose their name and made an inappropriate comment about "killing animals," which was insensitive and irrelevant.When I expressed my intention to take a photo to report the manager's behavior, he proceeded to call the police on me, which was completely unwarranted and shocking. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable.Upon reading reviews on Yelp and Google, I discovered similar complaints about rushed service, sold-out food items, and overall dissatisfaction with the level of service provided at this location. It is surprising and disappointing that a Chipotle restaurant, especially in Arizona where Mexican cuisine is highly valued, would fail to meet basic standards.I was deeply upset and frustrated by this experience, which prompted me to speak up and encourage other patrons to share their honest reviews. Opinions matter, and it's important to hold businesses accountable for their service quality.In summary, the overall condition of the restaurant was subpar, and I left feeling deeply dissatisfied and unheard as a customer. This experience does not align with Chipotle's values of customer satisfaction and transparency.I hope that this feedback can be used constructively to address the issues at this location and improve customer experiences moving forward. The last 3 times I went to Chipotle for chips and guacamole they were out of guacamole. I was so happy to find it available yesterday! The added bonus was the excellent customer service by Ramon and Keaira, there was a long line of softball players in front of me, kinda horsing around but not horsing around, they were being respectful of the staff just delaying service. Keaira and Ramon remained professional and courteous, they were smiling when greeting the customers. Thank you Keaira and Ramon. A+ ? ? ?

It was a great spot to sit and have lunch. The toppings tend to be a but much but if you don't mind eating taco with a fork it's fresh tasting ingredients the staff was prompt, polite, and each member had a smile.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids where enjoying lunch just like anywhere else.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door near parking.

I've ordered at different Chipotle locations with no issues, this location is nonstop horrible.I've asked the female employees several times to label my food but it's never done. Jus the other day I seen a customer reach behind the counter & label his own wrapped burritos. The female employees just giggled & looked clueless.Online orders aren't ready when they're supposed to be. Orders aren't on the pick up shelf, u have to wave down an employee & she'll run to the back to get your order.Online orders, my food contains items I never selected on the app.Filling out surveys about their customer service never helps.

Hit and miss, today is 3/26/24 at 7:00pmAnd this place had like no one in it. It was a mess, food all mixed in all other trays, half the food wasn’t prepped. Guy was spooning the last of black beans to each new customer with was like little to nothing. The server making the food didn’t care and was just laughing at the mess. The people behind him were working a a pace that was sad. ( I work in the food industry and it was sad to see the mess and lack of quality that I usually see ) I sat waiting 15 mins to see if they could start refilling the beans and meat station regardless of the mess. I left to get Taco Bell when I started seeing the guy give everyone small to nothing portions cause they didnt care to keep things together. The mess of food in other compartments prolly was the worst to see, hope they get a new managers to bring it up to industry standards.

I have absolutely nothing to put here

I just moved to this area and this is the closest Chipotle to me. I spent the last 24 hrs sick and in bed from food poisoning because I ate here. Chipotle has always been my go to spot to eat, but not this location.

Got a steak bowl and majority of the steak was fat won't be going back to this location, prep or the cook needs to do better getting the steak prepared, if not that they are buying the cheapest steak on the market!

Business was nonstop, and the employees were working very hard. It's Chipotle, so you know what it's going to taste like. Where it went south for me was looking at the kitchen. Food everywhere. I asked for double meat, and got about an ounce more. $45.00 for two bowls (no drinks, bowls only) seemed pretty steep. Fine, don't compare it to Taco Bell, but Serrano's right down the street is 20% less.

The girls working there are careless and disgusting. My husband and I found avocado peel in our salad bowl. When preparing the food the girl just tossed everything together. I felt like I was eating watery salad. Will not come back to this location.

The location was out of half of the things I wanted an hour before closing. Should you just not come to chipotle an hour before closing because they’ll be out of half the line? Or is it 2 hours before close? I’m not sure but I love chipotle and after heavy cross contamination at another location, I went to this one, but left with no food because they did not have it, unfortunately.

Placed my mobile order 3 hours ahead of time and they still made me wait 30 minutes after my pick up time, everyone else that walked in after me got their food first. They didn't even apologize for the wait
