Small portions.
Update 1 (08/22/2024) - 1 star drive through portions.
Barbacoa Quesadilla was only about 60% full. I'm assuming this is so they can fold it to fit in there to-go box. Still disappointed.
Update 2 (10/5/2024): I've had 3 visits since my last update. Each time the portions were appropriate and would've given a higher review if it was my only visit. I'm adding 1 star to overall score to be fair. If this keeps going I'll keep adding stars.
Update 3 (9/24/2025): Multiple visits since last update. More often than not, the drive through usually misses something. Missed items from various visits: Apple juice, chips, sides: hot salsa, sour cream, etc. Keeping review at 1 overall.
Also! Horrible parking lot.

Probably the smallest chipotle I have ever been to. But very nice staff and place is clean

My wife and I had lunch here on Sunday and really enjoyed the experience. The staff gave us a warm welcome, the portions were generous, and the dining room was spotless. While we were there, a group of boys arrived on electric motorcycles, and one of the staff members kindly asked them to use a parking space instead of the sidewalk next time—handled very politely and professionally. We were there early in the day, but everything was excellent. Keep up the great work—we’ll definitely be back!

I personally had no issues and I'm happy there's a location near me. The parking lot sucks, but that's not Chipotle's fault necessarily. Food was good, service was quick and they have some seating for dining in. It is a little cramped, but I was there during the week around lunch and had no issues getting a table. It was also clean when I was there.

Just moved to the area and stopped in for lunch, got a chicken bowl, and the brown rice was not completely done! Other than that pretty good

This location can be hit or miss on food quality. There are times when the food is great, but most visits produce odd portions of ingredients and warm to cold meals. This is the last visit for us. A fried fly was found in the kids' chips, which my daughter found about halfway through eating.
Line was filthy, service was awful and food was not good and portion sizes were not it
The food is great, the staff is helpful. Ordering is fast but the parking sucks!!
the older woman manager or team lead at night with tattoos is miserable to deal with
The absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to , my second and last try here
The steak is extreme rare , I brought it to their attention as I’ve never seen it like this at any other location
My friend was scared to eat his and threw it away, my other friend tossed hers at it was so grissly.
The space is tight here and two families took the last two tables to eat their Mc
Donald’s and their kids ran around and climbed all over the furniture
This pile of trash in this picture was $17.50
I had a steak , rolls and salad at Texas Roadhouse for$13 yesterdays
They didn’t even have lettuce , they have one job
I’ll never come to this location again

They completely messed up my order and when I called there was no way to get a hold of someone.
Absolutely love Chipotle, usually 10/10. I live about a mile from this location, ordered DoorDash and got food poisoning which I’m seeing is a reoccurring theme here in the reviews. Waited a month and now tried again to DoorDash to work, asked for extra cheese got no cheese, and small portions. Not to mention, as an avid Chipotle eater, there is a stark difference in food quality at this particular location, can’t pin point what exactly is different, but let’s just say it is not good! Chipotle needs to really look into this location’s practices. For anyone who wants Chipotle near here, Queen Creek is amazing and Power Rd is for the most part.
They need to retrain employees on how to properly roll the burrito, the only “liquid” I got was salsa and by the time I got home my burrito was slimy and half way opened up

I was in the other day, skeptical because of the low star reviews at this location. Very happy to report that the three gentleman at the counter Andrew, Trevor, and Colton, were very speedy and efficient. That long line went by in no time at all. To top it all off, I got a real chipotle sized bowl despite the long line of people. Big shout out to those guys, ill be coming here much more often
