When using the chipotlane you get jipped. I ended up with half a bowl basically. Why paid 13 dollars for half a bowl that leaves you feeling hungry afterwards. Had about 5 pieces of chicken and no lettuce

Normally this location is pretty good, but both my girlfriend and my son got sick from eating here the other night, (4/12/24). Must have been some type of food poisoning because it only lasted a day. I did not have any chipotle and I was fine.

Who runs this location? The food is terrible here. The chips are cooked in old oil and burned. The portion size is not like others ( very small) even the red chili sauce is different here.

It was the worst Chipotle experience—they were our or white rice, salsa and lettuce. The restaurant was extremely dirty, dirty tables. Garbage barrels were full and nobody was in the dining room.

In store experience is top notch, they are quick and friendly. Can’t speak for take out experience as I don’t take out. Also note that there are 2 crews - morning and night crew. Both are separate teams and one can be better than the other

Pricey would have been a better experience if servers listed to what you were requesting instead of putting a half scoop of meat cause they are running out then charging you another $6 for the other half scoop of meat shamefull

Something's changed... This location used to be good, and now service is a zero. I ordered 3 parts of a meal and they want to charge me 1.40 for chipotle dressing to put on it. And the attitude behind the counter is abysmal. I'll drive farther to the one on Power for a better experience.

The drive thru at this location is consistently terrible. Rice is always under cooked and chicken is always way overcooked. I asked for extra romaine and received so little. However, they were nice enough to throw in the disgusting end of the lettuce!
