Great authentic Mexican food. The only miss was not having refried beans.

Was a fantastic place to eat went to order food and it's under construction not sure if they went out of business.

Ordered Carne asada tacos with no chili. Came with only meat and cabbage. To dry to eat. Asked for cilantro but they don't have this. A Mexican restaurant wit no cilantro? Took a few bites and left the tray on the counter. Not that they care that I paid for lunch I did not eat.

We absolutely love this restaurant! We're so sad to hear about the owner's illness and we pray for them to have a speedy recovery! This is the only Mexican restaurant my wife will eat at, as the food is so close to her Nana's.Let's hope that the community can offer them any help that they might need.

This is our favorite, go-to Mexican Restaurant! The small, mom-and-pop shop is truly a hidden gem. The food is DELISH (try the shredded beef red chimi- you won’t be disappointed). My husband has been eating here for years and the owner and his wife are always so friendly, and they’ve memorized our order :) They are such good, hard working people, and they are so grateful for any and all business they receive. They would be so busy all the time if only more people knew about them! HIGHLY recommend.Also, regarding some of the recent comments about them being closed/not answering phones: they had Covid badly, and since they are the only two people who run the place, they had to close for an extended period of time while they recovered. Thankfully they are now well!

Tamales and Pozole!!! Love this place. I'm super picky with mexican food it's hard to find good mexican at a restaurant in AZ. This place has good food.

They don't answer the phone to place order...

They are closed at lunchtime (and also on our 2nd attempt: Mon at6 pm).Website needs to be updated to reflect ACCURATE hours, as "hungry patrons" aren't necessarily clairvoyant with regards to a restaurant deciding "on a whim, we decided to change our hours/close today/ etc". I guess "call 1st" will be a must.Provisional 3 stars until i try

Good was very good. Got the red beef enchiladas and a green chicken tamales. Very tasty and authentic. The service was very friendly and fast.

Best Mexican food in Mesa, a hidden gem! They make all the food fresh, including the complimentary homemade chips and salsa. They have been around since 2004, so you know they're doing it right! The service is fast and friendly. Please support this LOCAL restaurant!

Great service and delicious food. A wonderful Mom and Pop restaurant. I highly recommend it!
