I placed an order with Uber and ended up with a 12-piece and 8 piece... It was my mistake however I tried calling to correct the order 10 times in 30 minutes and nobody answered the phone. So I'm stuck with 20 pieces of chicken for me and my husband, 70 bucks. I guess I'll be flushing hard-earned money down the drain. Why do you employees not answer their phone calls?, I've been in retail for 30 years and most places have for a three or four ring policy.
As much as I love Church's their menu changes and prices are outrageous don't go there as much as I used to. You could feed your entire family but not any more the family meals are now less pieces of chicken and sides are small for more money.

Southern and Country Club in Mesa used to be my favorite location. 2/2 @ 1645 was informed that will not have chicken up for another 30-45 min. Normally I am okay with that if they are busy. But these kids working there were just out back just hanging out (outside). And they wonder why location close down, you have to turn a profit dummies; otherwise you're out of the job.

Would you give them five stars but they forgot part of my order I went through the drive-thru and when I got back to work some of my order was not there and could not get a hold of them on the phone so but other than that the service was okay
I have to say this even though Church's Chicken was closed here in Mesa Arizona on country club and Southern the manager Cameron and all the employees agreed that not only would they not throw the left over food away but they would give it to me and my husband here I have to say that I am very pleased especially with the fact that they were very humble and that not only were humble but very very nice and also gave us a drink to have with our food you know honestly this is why I have served this country this is why I have fought this war so nobody had to and that people like them should be honored very honored because of the fact that when people are hungry and no one should be the night email let alone have a warm meal in their stomach and be able to go on about their day so seriously Church's Chicken here's the thing that manager Cameron and his staff should be honored and should be recognized due to the fact that not only did Denny's here on country club and Southern kicked me and my wife out but yet for them to act like that meaning Denny's that is across the street here on country club and Southern seriously I give Church's Chicken a $1,110 percent star review if I could love and respect all you guys keep up the good work
