Horrible service. Was told to pull around front and order would be brought out finally went in and was told my food had been sitting on counter for over 10 minutes with no one attempting to take out to my vehicle. Told them to cancel order and was told they couldn’t cancel and would take a week to get it cancelled. Called and filed a complaint and was told someone would reach out within 48 hrs. Waited d/t weekend and still heard nothing. When called back was told manager wrote that he spoke to me and was resolved. Now he is trying to say he never said that yet according to corporate that is what he documented. When called out about it he hung up the phone. Waiting for district manager to reach out at this point. I don’t care if they are the only store in Mesa I will never go there nor recommend them again.

This place is horribly managed. Was here on 2-13-26, Friday night at dinner shift. The poor young kid working the counter was trying and doing his best but the manager just left him to the wolves. We walked out before ever ordering because the manager wouldn't even come up to the counter to assist this young employee. That manager should be reprimanded or possibly fired for his unprofessionalism! How can his crew stand their ground and do their jobs if they have no back up in their corner.

The people behind the counter were rude and unable to clearly respond to my complaint until asked to show the difference between advertised meals. Then the lady took FOREVER to come back to us. As a result, we left the store and went to a more pleasing Church's Chicken. I do not recommend anyone go to this store EVER simply because the people taking orders can not communicate in English nor answer questions. It was a very hostile environment.

February 11, 2026 Workers at churches chicken are Lazy. 9:30pm I went to one location 30 minutes before they closed 1151 S Country Club Dr, Mesa, AZ 85210 They lied and said they can’t take any cards. They can only take cash then I went to another location right afterwards at 9:50pm and they had 10 minutes before closing 817 N Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ 85225, they claimed they ran out of chicken. They said they only had tenders not any other type of chicken at all. I guess they’ll do anything to not work at the end of shift. I guess that’s the universe‘s way of telling me to stop going to church’s. This will be my last time .

I love Churchs Chicken. Better than KFC and Popeyes. Biscuits are the best.
3 orders of the 2 piece combo (includes: drink, biscuit and one side) and an additional order of 3 large sides for a party of four. Food was hot, hot, hot and was cooked perfectly. We didn't mind the 15 minute wait because we asked for white meat. Juan did amazingly while we placed our order, even came and checked on us to make sure we were ok. Will be back soon!

I use too love this place. Started eating it in the car looked at what I was eating, crispy on the outside but on the inside it looked like and tasted MUSHY too soft the meat was the color of watermelon. Threw it out immediately 🤮
