They're very unprofessional, I was doing a doordash order. I went to the bathroom and as I was opening the door I saw a work woman doing sexual stuff to guy. I felt very uncomfortable and as I continue to use the bathroom they was laughing. Please be careful if you bring children.

The food seemed a little bland. Especially the Mac n Cheese. The service took longer than normal. Also witnessed 2 orders come back because they were wrong. Wrong size sides and types of chicken. The price seem ok. I had the boneless chicken wings but they were more like nuggets.

I had the three piece combo dinner. Chicken was delicious just like always at churches. Hand breaded and cooked to perfection. Friendly and helpful staff. Greeted promptly and order taken within two minutes of entering. Very small dining room but it was clean and neat.

Cecilio the manager is terrible at customer service
I was charged twice at the drive thru I didn’t realize until I got home and checked my bank account. So I drove back and asked to speak with the manager he insisted it was an error with my bank and I should see it reflect back in 7-10 business days . It’s been 2 weeks and still shows the charge I contacted my bank and they also confirm that they indeed did charge me twice . Even though the manager insisted that they didn’t and they refuse to give me a refund

You can't go wrong with Church's. Only one in Mesa. Even with fryer issues, the staff was friendly. The food was amazing.
This is the first time I've gone to Church's Chicken in about 6 years. I no longer live near one. After a doctor's appointment, I happen to be near one and I decided to stop. They made my french fries extra hot fresh out of the grease like I like them and they overstuffed the container to put them in to where they had to put them in a bag by themselves! They were delicious
