Employees were very nice and helpful, schlotzkys sandwich was awesome. 6 pack of cinnamon rolls were undercooked. Gross and gooey. Kinda embarrassed I gave them to people. I don’t think it was the kitchen’s fault, they just follow the manufacturers instructions.

It was average. Nothing special. Nothing really detracted from the experience but nothing increased it either. The one odd point was to get asked for a tip when they just rang me up on the register. You did what a computer can do. If this was Olive Garden, then absolutely there’s a tip. It’s not though.

Spent 22 dollars on 6 cinnamon rolls just for them to be BURNT and barely even iced. Turned around and came back and she argued with us for MINUTES saying "that's how they're supposed to look" finally got her to get us a different box and sure enough way lighter and softer and actually covered in icing. Still not the best. Definitely not going back to this location.

First time here. And it was amazing. Little disappointed that you personally have to heat up the cinnabon. I thought they were fresh like at all other locations. Over all it was amazing taste amazing once I heat it up in the oven. The staff was super helpful since it was my first time.

I use to love this place to get a cinnabon cinnamon roll. This time the roll was dry and over done.
