Usually always a good experience. This time the cinnabon was a little dry. They only had fountain drinks available. The service was fast and the staff was friendly so that was a plus!

I had an excellent experience here and the receipt says Kyla M was the cashier. She let me get my coffee exactly how I wanted it and then let me try it (literally said you need to try this so I know you’re happy with it) which was amazing. I got the cinnasweeties and an iced coffee and it was awesome. I asked questions about different drinks that were on display and she answered every question in depth and explained in detail what was in each drink. It was just really great customer service and in a world where that’s so hard to come by now I really appreciated her! I only come to this mall once per quarter for my work and this is my little sweet treat every time and I hope she’s there next time when I’m in town!

I feel like this place gave up on being a quality business. They’re very wish washy with their service and they also don’t wear gloves which is disgusting and a huge violation. The sign on the glass was also messed up and they gave me a minibon instead of a classic cinnamon roll and charged more.

Cranky people on previous reviews. Many places don't take over $20 bills. If you want black coffee, ask for black coffee- sometimes the drizzle is included and you have to ask for it NOT to be added. Cinnabon frosting and the cinnamon to butter ratio make for some of the best cinnamon rolls. I love that I can buy a couple boxes of 6 and freeze them for later.

Went to order four buns to go, nope only six available.So they don't accept bills above $20.00 bill. Where is the sign.Yup ice cream machine hasn't worked in over a year. Your in Arizona time to get it fixed or remove it. Get another sign no ice cream kiddies.
Ordered a simple coffee, tasted like chocolate milk & came with drizzle that wasn't asked for.,asked if it could be remade was told it came that way, service was argumentative and rude, and the product was not what was ordered.Not a coffee shop, sure. Also, it is not a place where employees care.

OMG!!! Poor hygiene!!! I was going to order a cinnabon, but one of the ladies working coughed in her hands and didn’t even wash her hands !!!! Totally disgusting!!! She was the taller of the 3 ladies working!!! Never coming to this place!!! 0 STARS!!! Superstition Mall CINNABON!

Said they couldn’t make an item on their menu when our Uber delivery driver went to pick up our order. Also, had him sit there for 30 minutes. I applaud our driver and give a giant thumbs down to Cinnabon. He made more than they did tonight. :)
