I had no problems with my mobile order! Picked it up at 5pm before they closed.
Usually always a good experience. This time the cinnabon was a little dry. They only had fountain drinks available. The service was fast and the staff was friendly so that was a plus!

I had an excellent experience here and the receipt says Kyla M was the cashier. She let me get my coffee exactly how I wanted it and then let me try it (literally said you need to try this so I know you’re happy with it) which was amazing. I got the cinnasweeties and an iced coffee and it was awesome. I asked questions about different drinks that were on display and she answered every question in depth and explained in detail what was in each drink. It was just really great customer service and in a world where that’s so hard to come by now I really appreciated her! I only come to this mall once per quarter for my work and this is my little sweet treat every time and I hope she’s there next time when I’m in town!

I feel like this place gave up on being a quality business. They’re very wish washy with their service and they also don’t wear gloves which is disgusting and a huge violation. The sign on the glass was also messed up and they gave me a minibon instead of a classic cinnamon roll and charged more.
