Cranky people on previous reviews. Many places don't take over $20 bills. If you want black coffee, ask for black coffee- sometimes the drizzle is included and you have to ask for it NOT to be added. Cinnabon frosting and the cinnamon to butter ratio make for some of the best cinnamon rolls. I love that I can buy a couple boxes of 6 and freeze them for later.

Went to order four buns to go, nope only six available.So they don't accept bills above $20.00 bill. Where is the sign.Yup ice cream machine hasn't worked in over a year. Your in Arizona time to get it fixed or remove it. Get another sign no ice cream kiddies.

Ordered a simple coffee, tasted like chocolate milk & came with drizzle that wasn't asked for.,asked if it could be remade was told it came that way, service was argumentative and rude, and the product was not what was ordered.Not a coffee shop, sure. Also, it is not a place where employees care.

Really friendly staff! Everything is always clean and sparkling. I've never seen the employees unhappy. Got a delicious iced coffee where you could actually taste the flavor and not just pure sugar and the mini bites. Defintely recommend if you're in the area.

Standing in line for 15 minutes. Slowest service ever in the late afternoon. I could have cooked my own by now. This is painful. 2 workers on the machine for 10 of the 15 minutes trying to check 1 family out. Then finally someone, not the employee mind you, tells me "all the credit card machines not working". Seriously I will never come to the Cinnabon ever again and will let everyone know of the piss poor service.
These mini bons are so gooey and tasty. The employees were friendly and working hard today. I don't have any complaints with the yummy Cinnabon yummies or the service.

Said they couldn’t make an item on their menu when our Uber delivery driver went to pick up our order. Also, had him sit there for 30 minutes. I applaud our driver and give a giant thumbs down to Cinnabon. He made more than they did tonight. :)

OMG!!! Poor hygiene!!! I was going to order a cinnabon, but one of the ladies working coughed in her hands and didn’t even wash her hands !!!! Totally disgusting!!! She was the taller of the 3 ladies working!!! Never coming to this place!!! 0 STARS!!! Superstition Mall CINNABON!

Placed an order for delivery (via DoorDash on the Cinnabon website). After 4-5 different drivers were assigned to my delivery I was notified that my order was cancelled with no explanation as to why Other than some lame verbiage about not being able to arrange with the store. . I have tried calling the store 5 times now with no answer- not even a professional outgoing message on their answering machine. . I have no idea when to expect my refund. AVOID.

We just got some for my bf and I for Christmas. 6 count and had one to "test" it and boy are they good. If anything a little too good and a nice bang for your buck. Will order again but only special occasion as one doesn't want to be to gluttonous.
