I prefer the Val Vista location and when given a choice, I will always choose that one. The stapley location seems stingy. There's always way more ice cream to mix in, the ratio is way off, barely any mix ins. Also stapley levels off the ice cream at the top of the container but val vista piles it so it goes way over the top. If you look online at cold stone stock photos, all the ice cream goes way over the top of the container so I feel gypped ever time I go to stapley.

Staff didn’t wear gloves. Was unsanitary. Up-charged a regular to a large because the ice cream they scooped couldn’t fit in the regular bowl. Gave half of the paid for Oreo toppings and staff was rude. If I could, it would be 0 stars Don’t go to this location.

Make the drive to the next location if possible... this particular location SUCKS!!!!I normally go to the location on Val Vista, but happened to be right by this one with some friends so stopped in and it was awful. Staff was absolutely rude. Refused to take my coupon (with no valid reason). Also didn't make my order well (not sure how you realistically mess up an ice cream order).But overall, will make a point to just drive the 2 miles to the other location or not go before I EVER come back to this location.

Overall 1 star ⭐️Here’s why:Paid 30 dollars for two “Love it” ice creams.The one employee was new and she was alone on the floor whoever was with her left her to be on her own on Christmas Day.I asked about military discount and employee said I am new and I don’t know. Then proceeded to charge me without providing the adequate response.Albeit my ice cream had a long hair in it or two; the ice cream I ordered was not done right and all the added toppings clumped up. The employee working behind the cold stone didn’t know the Signature recipe and was constantly adjusting her hair with her hands, and she was also looking at the cheat sheets behind the sneeze guard.

Tonya L is awesome and she definitely goes out of her way for her customers!! My daughter wanted a Barbie ice cream but it was discontinued months ago so Tonya went out of her way to make the best version of the Barbie ice cream we tried so far. Definitely recommend going to Cold Stone when she is there you would not regret it!!!!!

The open sign was not on and very dark, almost like they don’t want you to go in ( definitely after open time) Took a few minutes a girl to make their way to front. I found a long hair in my ice cream while eating on the way home. Waste of $7, this is by far the worst location I have been to. ??????

Cold Stone never disappoints! Got a heaping portion of Like It Cheesecake Fantasy signature ice cream on Friday night and enjoyed to the very last bit of it.
