Went here with my husband and kids and the older white thin lady took my order… firstly, the ice cream I got was very crumbly Consistency when she mixed it and she didn’t mix it right… next she talked to me about her kids which i didn’t even like, I know have my own kids but she was trauma dumping on me about her kids I think she just did it for the tips or something I think she was very unprofessional and just honestly sad… Will never go here again do not recommend .

I have never left a bad review BUT the customer service was really bad. The ice cream is excellent but they have a person who hates human beings giving dirty looks and a bad attitude serving ice cream.

Would not go back to this location. They were having issues with their card terminal and the owner kept insisting that my card taking a long time to go through was because I didn’t have the money. The customer in front of me had the exact same issue! The owner cancelled my first transaction and rang it up again 2 more times, on the second transaction attempt she took a picture of my card (for the life of me I don’t know why I didn’t make her delete the picture before I left) and insisted again that I didn’t have the money. I showed her my bank account and told her that she literally just helped the customer before me, WHILE I WAS IN LINE, and then the transaction went through.
The staff was nice when I went, I was just the owner who was rude and unprofessional. I’ve told friends to stay away from this place if they want to be treated like a decent person.

I hate to do this. I love my cold stone. I have for over 20 years. This reviews about the service not the quality of the ice cream. I’ve been getting the same ice cream for while over 10 years. This time I go to check out. first she doesn’t even ask me for my loyalty number to know that I’m a regular, second she takes my small ice cream and charges me over $14 and when I look at it and I ask Why she says it’s because I substituted out the ingredients of a signature ice cream and every topping has to be charged separately.
I’ll be taking my every other day addiction, down the road to the other location moving forward

Mesa Grand Coldstone Creamery store 102!! The gal that served us today cross contaminated while making multiple orders and not changing her gloves. Asked to speak to manager and she stated she was the manager asked for the general manager and her name she refused and stated she was going to contact security and/or police. Still waiting.

Staff was very rude and on top of that made a huge mess with the ice cream and shake when handing it to me then told me to clean it. When doing the add ins they added not even a half a scoop and also the white chocolate chips in both ice creams were the size of a small pebble. I remember when cold stone was friendly, had amazing ice cream and add ins were a good amount. I remember having cold stone be the place to go and it was fun and always made a good night. I dont know what happened to them.

I prefer the Val Vista location and when given a choice, I will always choose that one. The stapley location seems stingy. There's always way more ice cream to mix in, the ratio is way off, barely any mix ins. Also stapley levels off the ice cream at the top of the container but val vista piles it so it goes way over the top. If you look online at cold stone stock photos, all the ice cream goes way over the top of the container so I feel gypped ever time I go to stapley.
These young girls need to be trained in customer service. What to say when a customer says thank you

Staff didn’t wear gloves. Was unsanitary. Up-charged a regular to a large because the ice cream they scooped couldn’t fit in the regular bowl. Gave half of the paid for Oreo toppings and staff was rude. If I could, it would be 0 stars Don’t go to this location.

The floors were FILTHY. It wasn't very busy, there was one other customer inside and two employees. They definitely had time to sweep up a little. It was gross and there were flies buzzing everywhere. :-\
