Came in for ice cream the 2 lady's working there had the worst attitude like the hate their job and slid me my ice cream with half the ice cream on the side of the cub with the lid halfway on worst experience ever and those lady's are terrible.

Make the drive to the next location if possible... this particular location SUCKS!!!!I normally go to the location on Val Vista, but happened to be right by this one with some friends so stopped in and it was awful. Staff was absolutely rude. Refused to take my coupon (with no valid reason). Also didn't make my order well (not sure how you realistically mess up an ice cream order).But overall, will make a point to just drive the 2 miles to the other location or not go before I EVER come back to this location.

Great music, amazing customer service. Tonya was very kind friendly and patient as we sampled and decided what I cream flavor to go with. Recommend this cold stone location 100% even though it's a bit out of our way we will be returning to this location whenever in town.

Customer service was horrible. 3 brunette girls were just talking when we were trying to order and then by the end of the order shouts " we can't hear you" Maybe if you stop talking to your coworkers and greet customers it would be easier to hear them. Just a tip

Overall 1 star ⭐️Here’s why:Paid 30 dollars for two “Love it” ice creams.The one employee was new and she was alone on the floor whoever was with her left her to be on her own on Christmas Day.I asked about military discount and employee said I am new and I don’t know. Then proceeded to charge me without providing the adequate response.Albeit my ice cream had a long hair in it or two; the ice cream I ordered was not done right and all the added toppings clumped up. The employee working behind the cold stone didn’t know the Signature recipe and was constantly adjusting her hair with her hands, and she was also looking at the cheat sheets behind the sneeze guard.

We ordered a dark chocolate devotion pie for Thanksgiving. It was the best! The wonderful person who waited on us was Tonya. She is always so professional and sweet. This pie is now our newest tradition for Thanksgiving.

Tonya L is awesome and she definitely goes out of her way for her customers!! My daughter wanted a Barbie ice cream but it was discontinued months ago so Tonya went out of her way to make the best version of the Barbie ice cream we tried so far. Definitely recommend going to Cold Stone when she is there you would not regret it!!!!!
I've been coming to the location since I was a child and never really had any issues here. However, recently, the service has been absolutely terrible. Tonight I went in to treat myself to ice cream for the night waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes with no service. All I could hear was giggles and music in the back, but no one came up to take my order. Other visits the workers don't seem interested in being there and provide poor service. I'll get my ice cream from handles from now on. I'd rather wait in a line for 10 minutes than wait in an empty lobby for no service.

The open sign was not on and very dark, almost like they don’t want you to go in ( definitely after open time) Took a few minutes a girl to make their way to front. I found a long hair in my ice cream while eating on the way home. Waste of $7, this is by far the worst location I have been to. ??????

Very delicious cake. The ice cream tastes very thick. I loved the sweet flavor with the brownie pieces. The chocolate topping was good. It's strange but I thought the chocolate tasted a bit like peanut butter and I don't like peanut butter. The cake was a bit moist and not dry. It went fast!

I love the ice cream here. Their signature creations are great, like the Oreo overload and the chocolate devotion. I had their ice cream cake and I like being able to customize it. I like the brownies or the Oreos in the sweet cream. They have even more wonderful flavors, like ones with fruit. The strawberry is good too!
