Immediately after stepping in I was greeted by an employee named Amber, she had a warm and pleasant smile, who helped me find the perfect ice cream. The banana caramel crunch was perfect and exactly what I was looking for, it was delicious and I ate. If you come in ask for amber and she will give you the best service!

OMG! The minute I walked into the store #32 I was approached by Sara in which telling her I have not been at that store in over 10 years...I felt I was being pushed to hurry up as I didn't even know what to order right away, due to so many different varieties of heaven.I am an Employer and Sara with your over all Customer Service I'd suspend / fire you upon your last minute of work tonight. I will not go into detail, waste or my time anymore.I believe that Sara, at this store #32, should be retrained by the store manager during the day and not work the evening/night shift. Being that people are on dates, going out with friends & family, her attitude could ruin someone's evening.Store #32 is on notice. Therefore, I, nor any of my employees will shop at this location, ever.Corporate will here about this1-866-4-Mixins!Shame on you Sara

Tonight I went in to grab an ice cream (April 7th, 2024 Sunday night). This is not my first time coming in here. There were two girls working, one named Sarah and the other girl, I didn’t get her name but she had long blonde hair (both working besides each other) they were incredibly rude….The entire time I was deciding on what to get, they were staring at me like I needed to rush my order or like they were in a rush or just hated their job?? They both seemed miserable to be there. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced at Cold Stone. The energy was rude overall and I would not recommend going to this cold stone. 100% customer service/excellent experience is not guarenteed. I would save your money and mood and go to another one.These girls could’ve been having a bad shift, perhaps maybe there was a rude customer prior but that is no excuse to be that rude and give off such ugly energy to customers, who are just coming in for ice cream??

Not sure about in-store, but trying to DoorDash from them is more miss than hit. Besides the shakes always being watery, 3/5 orders they have somehow forgotten to put the waffle bowl with sprinkles into the order that literally starts out as waffle bowl with sprinkles... no care, no quality control, what's the point of ordering from them if they get it wrong more than they get it right?

I was in the area just stopped in for a water cup when I saw the Mike's honey hot ice-cream. I asked for the water cup 1st and the person filled up the plastic cup with ice down below then went to the sink and poured water from a SEVERELY RUSTED Sink spout into the cup. DISGUSTING ?. Needless to say I will not be back not even for ice-cream

I ordered 4 got to have it, but 2 of them were like it. One of them was vanilla ice cream with Oreos, but it was almost plain vanilla. Very disappointed since it's not exactly cheap. I did not get what I paid for
Disgusting and waaaayyyy too expensive... Paid $20 for 2 single ice creams and they tasted like frozen whipped cream

I came in to order a custom cake and Marcus was extremely helpful and friendly! He helped me make decisions by giving great suggestions- he was attentive to detail and I was to pick it up in 2 days.When I arrived to pick my custom order up, I was happy to see Marcus again, he brought out my order, it looked great and everyone at the party really enjoyed it! I'm very happy with this location and their staff!!I would definitely trust this location in the future with custom orders! Thank you!!!
