Decided I was craving a late night treat, specifically some ice cream and look to see what's open on Sundays. This cold stone showed it was open until 10pm. I arrive there at 930pm and the door is locked and see workers breaking everything down! I understand putting stuff away to go home as soon as possible but I was there a full half hour before closing to get something that takes all of 3 minutes to make and pay for.

Date night stop, will not be back. This place isn’t cheap. $20 for two people. I ordered something I had previously ordered at other Coldstone’s, and what I received was a stingy, poorly mixed, cup of slop that looked like it had been left out in the AZ heat for too long. It wasn’t even cold (“Cold”stone…). The worker added one piece of cookie dough to my cookie dough dessert (cookie “dough for it!”) and managed to cut it into exactly two pieces. I wish I had taken a photo of this. I should have known. That place was dirty and there were questionable people hanging around in what should be a nice part of north Mesa. It’s back to Andy’s for us from here on out.

Who doesn’t love ice cream?! I always get the mint with brownie and caramel. The service is usually good considering they are always short-handed. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Great service, but check the ingredient list. Corn syrup in everything, which is high fructose corn syrup. Word play, to not say what everybody knows is bad. Corn syrup is HFCS.

What a wonderful place! It smelled good, was clean and people working here were friendly and easy going. They let you try things and answer all the questions! We haven't been here since we were younger and now, we plan to come back! Great for celebrations and kid fun. :) Thank you Brackin for the great customer service. Your manager should give you a raise ASAP!
