Who doesn’t love ice cream?! I always get the mint with brownie and caramel. The service is usually good considering they are always short-handed. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Great service, but check the ingredient list. Corn syrup in everything, which is high fructose corn syrup. Word play, to not say what everybody knows is bad. Corn syrup is HFCS.

What a wonderful place! It smelled good, was clean and people working here were friendly and easy going. They let you try things and answer all the questions! We haven't been here since we were younger and now, we plan to come back! Great for celebrations and kid fun. :) Thank you Brackin for the great customer service. Your manager should give you a raise ASAP!

I would not recommend this Coldstone. I ordered a custom birthday cake online and when I went to pick it up, the young lady at the counter said we don't have the cake ready for you. She said we normally just make them like 10 min before the customer comes in. And then as I was standing there my ticket came across to make the cake. I was like well I came to pick up my daughter's birthday cake and she had no idea what to do. I told her to call the owner since he's the one I confirmed it with. She said you can come back in like 30 min (I don't remember the amount of time) but I was like I can't I'm on my way to Phoenix for her birthday party. She called the owner and he said we don't have the cake ready there was some kind of mix up. So I was just to pick one out of the cooler and pay full price (like $38 or something). So I picked a cake that was not what my daughter would have wanted and paid full price for it. I told her when she was on the phone with him to have him call me and he never called me. Lovely. Great way to run a business.

Worst location around! They don't keep the almond milk nondairy option in stock despite having a poster of it literally on the front door! Tried several times and it is the only flavor out of stock. Do better!
Their ice cream is always great I will give them that. But this issue is directly about their employees on Saturday nights. This is the third time this has happened where I have gone to get ice cream for me and my husband on a Saturday night after dinner. The cold stone website and Apple Maps both say that they close at 11pm on Saturday. However, when I got to the store shortly after 10 pm the employees had closed up shop. There were multiple other people that showed up around the same time as me and were surprised they had closed early as well. Apparently this is a common thing since it is the third time it's happened to me. The employees did have the time to let in their high school friends that showed up and waited by the door but let that store miss out on a few sales. I also called and the employees answered and when I asked what their hours were they said 10. I tried to tell them that their website said 11 and could hear their friends laughing from inside. Awesome job cold stone.

Very disappointed by the experience here tonight. I get it’s busy but the store was a mess, the employee was scooping fudge with a spoon out of the bottle. There was a line a girl asked if she could come in the back she grabbed a blender and started making a shake. I’m assuming she is an employee off but she was not dress appropriately did not wash her hand and stated making ice cream with a lobby full of people. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location any more.

first time at coldstone! young lady helped and walked me through my decision. taste tasted a few of the ice creams and each one seemed to be perfect, i wanted to have them all in my love it size ice cream!! it was nice to look around the clean store and see kids having fun family time as well. will definitely be returning to this location for my favorite crew of workers!!
