I’m really upset that they locked their doors 10 minutes before close. Pretty sure that doors are supposed to remained unlocked during business hours. Also, why would their manager allow them to go home before the store is even closed. This is extremely unprofessional. It was 9:50 that I walked up to those doors. Please do better

Breeanne gave us great service and quality food. She was kind, respectful and didn’t mix up our order during rush hour. This is definitely the best cold stone in the area!

Service was incredible! Our order came out absolutely perfect, and honestly probably the best I’ve ever had. The only thing that I would ding is the shape of the bathroom. It looked like someone chipped nail polish onto the toilet seat.

We constantly get our ice cream incorrect here When it's being delivered so that once it's delivered and you call the manager won't call you back or get on the phone I still have yet to get a call back. I finally called this last time because it's wrong all the time And nobody has cared just waste oh You know 15 to $20 per ice cream. Because the owner won't care or the manager

It's unbelievable how incompetent this store is. This time the ice cream instead of having brownie in it, it was like brownie powder had been mixes in. Disgusting. I had to throw it away because the texture was so off putting. Not one actual brownie chunk in the whole thing. The kids working there are clueless and act like the care absolutely zero.

When you work in a ice cream place it's not a good idea to make fun of a over weight people the young lady working today was completely out of place calling the lady ahead of me fat and laughing with the other young girl
