A masterclass on how not to handle a catering order. Food was given to us in the same bags the store receives from their shipping company. We were given no serving trays, utensils, or anything you would think would be included in a $1800 catering order. Very poor customer service, lack of care, communication, or hustle from the people that looked to me like floor management. Disappointing and frustrating.

Food was good…reasonably fresh. The service was lack luster…hurried, which resulted in my order being less than… I’ve had Costa Vida in other places where the experience was great, so it may have just been this one location or maybe it was just a long day for the employees, either way, it wasn’t awesome 🤷🏿♂️

Very tasty food. Nice portion size. Very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend it!
The food here is good but that’s about the only thing, they love to ignore you and make you wait as long as possible. It took them over 30 minutes to make a Single burrito when theyre not even busy. This is a consistent occurrence at this specific location too and im sick of it. Just go to the other one and save yourself an hour of your life.

If i could leave 0 stars I would. Made the trip here because I like their food but they don’t even open the store on time as their posted hours show. We looked inside and saw 4 staff members sitting at a table. They didn’t even acknowledge us standing at the locked front door when they should have been open. Horrible business. Will never come back here.

AVOID!!! This place used to be our favorite. I ordered a steak & shrimp salad. I got more protien from the beans and they up charge for steak and shrimp!!! There was no more than 2oz of steak protien and no more than 4 of the smallest shrimp, on this PILE of lettuce and they charge an extra $3 for steak!!! There are way better options than this place!
