The portion of sweet pork served was so small. Looked to be less than a quarter cup.

Their 'spicy/medium' salsa wasn't spicy at all, and their grilled chicken burrito tasted like they put a 1/4 cup of sugar in it.
Tortilla was good though, so there's that.
Very cool dining experience
Clean uncomplicated
Ill be back

Prompt and tasty!
Nathan and Zack are very kind and professional. They’re considerate towards my hearing problem and make me feel welcomed by not getting annoyed when I ask them to repeat what they said. A+ good dudes

The food is excellent and the service is great! I've tired a few items, but the burrito with grilled steak is my favorite! Highly recommend! I love the fresh ingredients you all use! Keep up the great work!
The ladies that work at the location in Dana Park are the grouchiest ladies ever! They never smile. The act like they hate their job. And when you ask for anything they act like you’re bugging them. They aren’t friendly at all!! It makes me not want to go here anymore!

The chicken was burnt, rice was hard and the employees assumed what you wanted on your entrees regardless of your desires. When stated what we wanted they rolled their eyes and said fine like we were bothering them. They neglected to give us the cinnamon rolls that go with the kids meal when we ordered. One of the employees, while on break, was watching videos on his phone in the dining area louder than the music playing. We will never go back to this location but we do like the chain over all.

So much rice in the sweet pork burrito! She put in 1 big scoop & then a 2nd. Burrito was at least 1 -or 1 plus 1/2 cup rice along with maybe half cup of beans. *At most* 1/4 - 1/3 cup of actual meat/sweet pork. I was almost 1/2 thru the burrito before I hit my first bite of meat. So much rice, that is all I had in every bite. A rice burrito!! Halfway through I had to scrape the rest of the rice all out and was left with maybe 2 forks of beef and the rest was just tortilla.
I come here with my friends mainly for one reason... as a joke. I would never personally choose to eat here if I were craving some mexican food. Honestly, for the price you'd expect a lot more. Can't even get a burrito with NORMAL portions for under 16 bucks. Absolutely ridiculous. Cafe Rio is a much more suitable choice for those wanting higher quality in food, while maintaining a similar price. Although if it were up to me I'd never eat this trash again. Atmosphere is nice however, it is in a very desirable area with lots to do. Guitar Center really carries this place on its back to say the least.

Ordered a drink with a meal to dine in. Got to checkout and they were low on horchata and wouldn't fill dine in horchata. They said they were saving it for online orders. Apparently they don't care as much for dining in customers.
