This little hole-in-the-wall Diner is by all means fittingly called the Cozy Corner Café with good reasons. Its cozy, its quaint, its comfortable, its folks are nice, its homey and by all means its tasty. We were there for breakfast and right off the bat I have to say, they put out one of the best grits in town. If you were raised in the South, you know how hard it is to get decent grits in Phoenix. Come and get them here! After getting our orange juices and Coffee, our breakfast consisted of simple dishes of a smooth and silky scrambled eggs, crispy soft hash browns and Grits and my order of perfect eggs over easy, with grits also and a side of ham. Marvelous! Simplicity is at its best, and they do just that. The place smells like breakfast, the folks are great, its clean, and great service – not to mention, great breakfast.

The biscuit and gravy was lacking flavor, and the biscuits were really dry. Hash browns were undercooked, and the coffee was watered down. Can’t really complain because the prices are pretty fair. Service was excellent the waitress was very attentive and on point!

I went with 2 other members of my family for lunch/breakfast and food was AWESOME!!!! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and would definitely get it again! My hubby and sister enjoyed their meals as well. Will go back soon! The only negative is the noise was a little loud but doable.

Today was the first time I had ordered lunch at Cozy Corner Cafe. The staff were very attentive and polite. My drinks were always full. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and fries. I was very happy with my choice for lunch. The Cheese steak was very tasty. The roll was toasted perfectly. The fries were very good as well. Thank you for another great experience a the Cozy Corner. A great friendly establishment. I would recommend to everyone.

I ordered the French Dip, it was really good. I’ve had other French dips before and loved the way this one tasted. Meat was fresh and tasty. Bread was also toasty, fresh, and not soggy.
My only critique is that I wish the fries had more seasoning on them. Otherwise they have great shape and texture.
The service was great. Staff was super friendly and we got our food (at a table of 5) during a busy time in like 5 minutes.
