I've never been disappointed at Cracker Barrel. Prices are reasonable and service is always good. Their lemonade is the best!

Always good food. They have added some additional choices since our last visit which was nice. Our waitress, Mar, was excellent.

Got grilled catfish. Way over cooked and crunchy and dry. Hash brown casserole was also crunchy and dry on the top. Disappointing meal for over $40. No longer an affordable good meal @ CB.

The wait staff was friendly the atmosphere was wonderful especially with the gift shop in front, but the food quality sucks sucks sucks sucks. I want the old cracker barrel back. Sadly, I won't be eating here again.

Our waitress was not on top of our refills and seemed to be annoyed when asking for refills or other items. Most of our food was cold which ruined it for me. The serving of French fries were sad. I maybe counted 6-8 French fries in 2 of our servings. Nit sure if we will be back. My husband refuses to go back because he says the food is not very good to begin with & now this experience just made it tgat much worse for him.

Great portions & varied menu. The food arrived quickly & our waiter was very helpful and personable. It was our first visit but it was not stressful at all. We will go back.
No wonder my parents rave about this place when they see one in their travels.

Really only downfall: I do understand short staff, but workers don't need to tell customers that as an excuse for not coming back to check if anything (refills, etc) are needed.
