The meal and service were fine.
However, when we were leaving my father in law who is nonverbal and wheelchair bound needed to use the restroom. My mother in law asked if you had a family restroom, which you do not. That’s fine. However, she was told “we only have a men’s and women’s restroom and he can’t go into the women’s and you can’t go into the men’s.”
This is inexcusable and frankly humiliating for my in-laws who need the accommodations....read full review
Very delightful atmosphere and customer service. I was in for my birthday and our server Mar had definitely made my day! Would recommend to anyone who likes great food! Come in for a wonderful experience!
I've never been disappointed at Cracker Barrel. Prices are reasonable and service is always good. Their lemonade is the best!
