I am a huge sandwich fan and this was one of the best sandwiches I've had EVER! Absolutely delicious! Even the fries were amazing! This brings me back to when food was actually good. What a hidden gem! I will be back!!

Recently checked this place out and was thoroughly impressed!!! The food was incredible, it was busy and had good music playing, and the employees were all so kind! Our server, Drew was super friendly and timely. The wait for food was a teensie bit long, but to be expected on a Sunday morning! Definitely recommend for a casual brunch experience!

Sometimes when you eat somewhere, you notice the little things. My wife ordered a traditional breakfast- two eggs, choice of meat, potatoes and toast. She ordered corned beef hash. It was perfect. My 3 meat omelet was great. But it was the hash brown potatoes that hit me. The little things. Most restaurants don't put much effect into the potatoes. They're just plate filler. They're just a side. When someone puts extra effort into the little things, you can rest assured the big things matter to them more. The hash browns were as perfect as the corned beef and it was accompanied by our perfect server. I am upset with myself for not remembering her name. I wish I could give her the credit she deserves. I would highly recommend Crackers, especially the location off Country Club ave.

The food is spectacular..their version ohlf a home fried potatoes is so amazingly good. We have gone here several times. So why 4 stars on this visit? The restaurant was a little slow so 5 wait staff at that front. Discussing a wide and I mean WIDE variety of topics. Things we really didnt need to know. Husband and I sat in silence most of the breakfast because it was hard to hear OVER the noise. The wait staff that waited on us seemed checked out. I get it , it happens. We will certainly return as it was likely an off day. Large portion sizes and priced great.. Just a little hit or miss on the noise level.
Loved this place. Was better then what I was expecting. Very cute in my opinion. The food was so great and I asked the waiter if they could do a cinnamon roll with icing saying Happy Birthday, and he said he'd ask and he ended coming out with a candle. Just love that they tried, meant a lot. Definitely coming back to this place.

Mesa, Arizona 85205 480-206-1748 September 13, 2025 To the Manager/Owner, Steve and Veronika Luko I am writing to report the discriminatory and unacceptable service my wife and I received at your restaurant on September 13, 2025. We arrived at approximately 12:15 PM for lunch. I am 79 years old, WHITE CAUCATION, and my wife is 81 and of Asian descent. We had dined at your restaurant before and enjoyed the food, but the service this visit was distressing. Summary of events: •\tWhen the server approached our table, she directed all conversation to me and would not look at or speak to my wife. •\tOur meal was brought without utensils. My wife tried to catch the attention of the serving waitress, but she was ignored. The waitress walked right beside us. I had to speak loudly to get her attention as she was walking away. •\tI guess she could not ignore the yelling; the whole restaurant heard me. Soon after, we get utensils brought to the table. •\tLater, when the server returned with a pot of coffee and asked if I wanted a refill, I said yes,, my wife—who was holding her cup—was not offered or served a refill. •\tThese actions were repeated and felt discriminatory toward my wife because of her Asian descent. Because of this treatment, I left no tip and wrote “NO CLASS” on the receipt. I do not want compensation or a free meal; I am requesting acknowledgement of this incident and that you review training and conduct with your staff to prevent similar behavior. Please respond in writing to confirm you received this complaint and to let me know what steps you will take. I do not wish to be contacted by phone. Sincerely, Al
