LITERALLY THE BEST MATCHA IVE HAD IN ARIZONA! The color is amazing and the taste is smooth, it’s not too sweet & not too bitter. I loved their mango matcha!! My friends got the strawberry matcha & double matcha and they were just as tasty. I can’t wait to come back!! I also tried their house strawberry jelly which was fire. I want to also try their other teas. I’m from california and I definitely think this was on par with what I had at home.
Theres a good amount of tables and a restroom, it can get crowded though. Cant wait to have it more often !

One of the best tea shops in PHX! Their teas are brewed strong and I appreciate tasting the tea flavor. Their drinks run sweet, so 50% is perfect for me. I love the capybara decor! Lots of fun interactive activities around the shop.

Tried their fresh taro milk and caramel boba milk. Both were sooo good! They actually use real taro here, so it's not purple, and it's super smooth with the milk. Not too sweet either, which I like. The caramel boba milk low-key reminded me of Xing Fu Tang's brown sugar milk but in a bigger size. Creamy, milky, and the boba might be the best I've had around here-soft, chewy, and perfectly cooked. Def would come back again! They do get busy, especially during the weekends but the wait is reasonable when a crowd comes in during a rush hour.

First time coming here! I got the Pink Paradise w/Rose Jelly (recommended) and I picked out the Yuzu Mint Sparkles for my fiancé. Eva (I think that was her name) brought our drinks out to us (which I wasn't expecting). She was really nice and polite when she handed out our drinks. The drinks themselves were both good! Of course I had to try out what I picked my fiancé and he loved his drink🥰. I also loved mine and I'm really glad she recommended the rose jelly, it really did pair well with my drink. Definitely plan on coming back👌🏽.

Best matcha I’ve ever had, came in yesterday for the first time and I got an iced matcha latte half sweet and it was so delicious! I’m picky about my matcha and the quality but this matcha was so good, rich, creamy, and hint of nutty notes. Will 100% be coming back! Also the girls at the front were so sweet, friendly, and welcoming! Amazing place and so cute!

Wonderful drinks and not enough employees. It took 17 mins to get my Thai ice tea. I had two orders ahead of me that consisted of 2-3 drinks. There were only two employees there to attend customers. I enjoyed my refreshment and was intrigued to see matcha and lavender infused into one drink. I noticed too that the space was small, which made it difficult to move, I had my stroller trying to find where to fit in. I paid $5.69 making these drinks cheaper than other similar establishments.

Came to this place trying out their drinks, they dont have menu they only have a paper tape on the counter and on glass windows they dont have varieties drink. I ordered the taro milk tea boba and it wasnt really that good, its too milky and taro taste very smoochy its not like slice cube. All I can taste is the milk didnt have that much flavor. The 2nd drink I ordered the caramel Boba milk tea, taste so plain and so milky as well, its an ok place. Think everyone has different taste but as for me, this place wasnt good.

Wow! One of the best tea places I've been to in a while! Nice cozy cafe setting that is the perfect place to study. The shop has a capybara theme which is pretty cool as well.
Not too many tables but a good amount. Plenty of parking as it is part of a strip mall. Excellent service. The owner was super nice and provided top notch customer service!
We got the matcha latte with pistachio foam and Hojicha latte and both were absolutely exquisite. They matcha is from Japan and was super tasty.
Would recommend and definitely would come back again!

As a Southeast Asian transplant, I've been looking for a shop that would taste like home. Cafti has the most authentic taro milk and oolong milk tea in the state. Fruit refreshers are great for kids (or adults) who don't drink tea. They don't use excessive sugar like other shops.
