Found Crafti tea when they were at an Asian festival not too long ago. Their boba is hands down THE best! After my first boba, I couldn’t stop thinking about this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone either wanting to try boba for the first time or if you are a hardcore boba lover like me!

For the vegetarians and vegans, an employee confirmed that the signature boba and pink crystals do not contain any gelatin. Appreciate that they checked and were able to respond!

The workers didn't say hi or ask if I had any questions, the only reason I went was for an Avatar The Last Airbender event they were having.I've never had Boba before so I was very overwhelmed when ordering. The event had great drinks, and the place was decorated very nicely, but the employees sucked. They had a special event menu and I was wearing and Avatar shirt so it was obvious I was looking for thatand they didn't even ask if I wanted to see it.The menu was so small it was just on a piece of paper I was just looking confused for about a minute. They offered no help at all. Only the vendors were good!

Likes- I've been here a few times now and the staff is consistently always nice. The aesthetics is pleasing, I like the minimalist cozy vibe. The pumpkin drink which is seasonal I believe is pretty good. Their matcha marshmallow cookies are delish! They also sell some cute things from local artists. My girls always enjoy drawing on the post its to hang on their wall. They serve quality tea which is always a plus. Dislikes- They don't have a huge variety of drinks to choose from, which is not a bad thing but what they do offer doesn't appeal to me like carbonated boba drinks, teas like earl grey or anything with flower flavors like rose and lavender. Oddly the two times I went and wanted their taro, it was not available. The cloudy caramel is very diluted and doesn't taste great, my friend even threw it away after a few sips. When I went a second time and asked if the wintermelon was caffeinated bc I wanted it for my 4 year old, the girl said it is but she can make it non caffeinated. But then I didn't realize after I took a few sips she gave me a cloudy caramel! So weird and disappointing. This place isn't bad, just other boba tea places that offer what I prefer. Crafti has great reviews so other people like their drinks. So it's worth trying if you've never been and experience it for yourself...

Cute boba shop and friendly staff! Drinks are crafted well, and super tasty! Boba is on the firmer side. Highly recommend the strawberry lemon with pink crystals (a peachy jelly topping).

Best boba in AZ! Their boba is always fresh and tastes closest to Taiwan. We do always have to order 2x orders of Boba though per drink. They don’t give enough with 1 order, you’ll be out of bobas half way through your drinkAnd they’re super light with sugar for their Lattes. As someone that normally does 30% sugar, you have to go 75% sugar to match that level. They’re good about recommending it

Cute atmosphere, pretty and delicious drinks, and pretty good boba. They answered my group and I's questions about the menu well, and all while being patient with us ?They don't really have anything that appeals to younger children, so they're definitely more for a slightly older and trendier crowd. They're super considerate when it comes to carbonated drinks and do so by poking a hole in the lid and advising you to be careful if you want to mix up your drink. This was pretty new to me, so I appreciated the heads up!

One of the best boba tea spots you'll find in town. The tea quality here is superb. The owner truly has a passion for this and puts her heart into this place. You can tell by the quality of the drinks and the creativity behind everything in here. There's obviously a lot of crafting you can do as well! Love this place.

the BEST tasting cookies -- the matcha one especially has been my favorite! Can't resist to stop by everytime I pass the street. Everything at Crafti is perfectly made, fresh, clean, and delicious Can't recommend this place enough!!

New spot in the Mekong Plaza but not in the main building. Located more North closer to Dobson, i did appreciate the easy parking at the storefront. I couldn't wait to dive into my drink as I was cravin some tea. Staff was extremely helpful (thanx Rachel) and welcoming as I was somewhat in daze on a Friday Afternoon (next review for food I grab). I ordered an iced House Oolong Tea and she was right, great flavor... I've been without sugar for weeks so I was worried but it hit the spot!!! Price point has been my new thing and they were reasonably priced for the portion you get. Post-it Artwork wall is pretty cool as I looked over while waiting on my handcrafted drink... enjoyed the vibe & the music

This location is quaint, but comfortable with adorable decor. I've been to this location twice and tried three different teas that I've enjoyed. The staff have been very friendly, and the cookies are tasty if you want a sweet treat. Definitely a great tea shop if you are in the area.

Boba is easily overpriced in many places nowadays but here they keep it reasonable. I like the menu is so artsy and has many tea choices for milk teas. I did like Earl Grey milk tea that I ordered. It isn't very sweet for those who like their milk tea on the sweeter side, you may consider getting even more than 100% of sugar to compensate for that sweetness. For me though it was just the right amount. My only comment is that I'd personally prefer the boba to be bigger sized as theirs is pretty small. But overall it's reasonably priced and good quality!

Very clean! Very simple and elegant. Really cute art and little things to buy. Very unique cookies and drinks. I've never had Boba tea before so this will be a first for me. But I'm getting ready to try the Uji Matcha marshmallow cookie! (Really yummy!) I ordered the strawberry lemon green tea. Definitely can taste the green tea. Not a lot of strawberry or lemon flavor. But it's still delicious. I got 50% sweet. I might do a little bit more next time. And medium ice. Which was perfect. The girl who waited on me was adorable. Very thoughtful. Very helpful. And 10 points to her orthodontist because her teeth were gorgeous! Lol . She even patiently taught me how to stab the top of the drink with my straw. Lol! I love tapioca. But chewing your drink is a little strange initially. Since I have nothing to compare this to I can't really recommend this over another store per se. But I would say whoever owns this place is working hard at living the American dream and I highly recommend that you come and check them out. I live in San Tan Valley so this place is not convenient for me. But I would absolutely come here again whenever. I'm headed to Scottsdale.

One of the best boba places in the valley! We come here whenever we crave taro milk. The drink is served in two separate layers, milk and taro paste. You shake the cup and it becomes a perfectly smooth taro drink. You can't adjust sweetness for this one but it's already not too sweet. The workers are always super friendly and happy to give you suggestions.
