I got the fondue platter to take home only to find out once I got home they gave me a box full of mainly pretzels and marshmallows and they gave me NO CHOCOLATE for dipping! What was the point then!? How do you forget the most important part I even remember her asking me to pick 2 different flavor dipping chocolate to go with it and she still forgets them, wasted my money and drove 20 minutes for no reason

Great customer service!!! 👏🏼 Nalini opened up more than 10 minutes early because she saw us try to open the locked door. Smart customer service and she recommended the raspberry vanilla swirl dipped in dark chocolate with salt to my friend and she loved the combo!

Came here for ice cream. I ordered a chocolate and vanilla swirl flavor dipped in milk hazelnut. They only gave me a vanilla cone (no chocolate swirl), and the hazelnut dip is just straight-up melted chocolate and no hazelnut flavor. It’s not like a hard-shell dip - if you’re thinking of the shell from Dairy Queen, for example it's just melty chocolate. Then, halfway through eating my ice cream, there was random strawberry syrup in my vanilla cone.
My sister asked for a pistachio and chocolate swirl dipped in chocolate, and they did not give her a swirl. They gave her pistachio flavor with green gel-like food coloring barely mixed in it. And, again, the chocolate dip is just melted chocolate.
Both cones were $8 each. Do not come here if you’re looking for ice cream. I can’t speak on the other things, but save yourself some money and disappointment and go to Dairy Queen.

I've been a couple times with my family and it's usually been good, but this last time I ordered from them on Uber they forgot to add Boba into my drink. I ordered the toffee coffee with coffee jelly and Boba, each topping an extra doller or so. They have just been really disappointing lately and I probably won't be ordering from them again.

I’ve never seen so many chocolate dip choices in a place. The crêpes are amazing!! They even have like a fondue fruit plate, They have soft serve, and they have Boba. But they also have savory crêpes. You’ll definitely enjoy yourself here.
