This was my second visit, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. I arrived at 8:50 PM and saw only a few people ahead of me. I placed a simple order (one small crepe) and left my daughter inside to wait while I stepped out with my younger children. By 9:15, I noticed that customers who arrived after us had already received their orders. When I went back in to check, They looked a bit confused I think our ticket had been lost and they had to manually look it up in the system.
Although they apologized and offered a small ice cream as a courtesy, the fact remains: we waited over 30 minutes for one item, due to a mistake on their end. No partial refund or real compensation was offered. This level of service is simply inexcusable, and sadly, it left a very poor impression. The picture itself speaks for itself.

I heard about Créme & Chocolate on Instagram! So I took my grandson for some ice cream! It was very busy but definitely worth the wait! The ice cream and toppings were delicious! I would highly recommend Créme & Chocolate. You wont be disappointed!

For $16, the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries felt like a complete rip-off. There was a lot of empty space, barely any pistachio cream (just a small smear on the cup), and the phyllo filling was almost nonexistent. They’ve lost a customer for being so stingy — I wouldn’t mind paying the price if they actually included a reasonable amount of the fillings it was supposed to come with. It has no actual pieces of Dubai chocolate, it’s basically a deconstructed “Dubai” chocolate.

The staff was super friendly and the soft serve ice cream was delicious! The only thing not to our satisfaction were the two Dubai Chocolate and Strawberries we ordered that literally had a tiny drizzle of chocolate pretty much just plain strawberries! So not ordering that ever again for the price!

We were not big fans. We both love crepes and enjoy them often. The savory crepe was good. The sweet crepes left us both disappointed.

To sell this place as a dipped Cone place would be seriously underselling it. The chocolates they use for the dips are incredible. Try not to think of it as any other dipped Cone youve ever had. We also like to get the crepes here. They are fantastic. I would highly recommend. It is fairly pricey though so if you have a larger family like mine then it may be better for date night than for the whole family.
