Typically we order from another location in QC and have superb experience and service with no problems. So this store may not be ran the same. Drive thru order of a simple 4 pc tender, kids burger and extra medium fries. Also ordered oreo shake. Food came quick but forgot fries and ice creams looked like a sample from Costco End Cap giveaway. Maybe three small spoonfuls. Came back with fries and they were cold. In a hurry so drove off. Burger was smothered in mustard way too much couldn't see the burger it was covered so much. Didn't eat it and decided to call. Spoke with manager Ava who was very nice and said she would resolve. Culvers is great good and service Typically so this had to be a one off experience. For 25 dollars kinda had higher hopes but they are making it right so I have to give them the benefit.

This place is good for a fast food restaurant! Burgers are reasonable but my go to is thr Atlantic Cod fish sandwich or plater. OMG the fish is fresh and fried and not greasy. Cost is wee bit more than a burger but worth. Cod plank is generous. The platter comes with choice of sides as a dinner. Service is fast and friendly. Can dine-in or drive through.

I come to the Greenfield (Mesa,Az) location several times a week and the empty booth tables are NEVER clean. As I sit here now at a dirty table, I’m watching five employees laughing and punching each other behind the counter. I wish cleaning the tables was a priority. The food is wonderful!
