I was told 2 scoop ice cream fills up a cup but it’s a waste of money they tried to tell me that one of the scoops are in the cone. when I ate it the cone it was empty this has happened 3 times at this location they lie on the two scoop. We spend on average $30 a month on ice cream at Culver’s but this has pissed me off one too many times I am done with buying ice cream from them. Not to mention we will no longer eat here. That’s about 1,200 a year with our kids. I hate when companies try to save money by changing and lowering their standards on the product.

I’ve been here a LOT, and I believe they’ve only messed up my order once. They’re always quick and the food is great. Don’t understand why people would go to most other fast food places over this.
Cierra is just a sweetheart.She is very customer oriented, She is so polite and seems very caring. No I'm not a relative (ha ha).I'm just a customer sitting under a shade tree having my custard. While it was fresh in my mind, I thought I would let everyone know what a sweet, pleasant person she is - definitely an asset to have at the drive-thru window!!
