Wife and I used to visit cupbop pretty frequently, especially at the beginning. However, over time we noticed that quality and quantity of food has decreased over the years. Smaller bowls, never fully stocked (cabbage), and always long waits. We were second in line but waited almost 20 minutes to be served. Nothing against the workers, but more for MANAGEMENT. We watched as mobile orders came through the front register printer, and the workers made those before helping the people already in line. To Management, Staff this establishment more or be here yourself. These teenagers are running from front of house to the back of house, while looking frantic, and I feel terriblly sorry for them.. This is how you lost our business. We cannot accept mediocre food and portions while paying almost 40$ for 2 people.

Ran in there after work for lunch. I got the beef and pork combo. It was delicious along with the mandoo. You can not go wrong with Korean food in a cupbop.

Cupbop offers authentic Korean taste in a convenient cup form, ready to eat on the go. Service was prompt and friendly. The dishes would be healthier if they were true to Korean style bibimbap, with more veggies and less meat. Also the kimchi and other items all seemed a bit sweet, perhaps skewed toward the American palate. Overall, a good choice and worth another visit.

So, after coming here many times since it's opening, I have to say, this specific spot doesn't live up to the hype. My issues began, not woth the food, but more woth the service.... then the food.
1st visit: Was just fine. I did find out I did not care for the noodles. However, the rice, cabbage and mondoo were fantastic.
2nd visit: I ordered the same thing. However, asked for the noodles to be substituted for more rice. Mind you, I did not ask for 'extra' rice, this was a substitution. I was charged for extra rice. I explained this to the cashier, but she looked at me like a deer caught in headlights.
3rd visit: Same thing happened!!!
I reached out via email to the owner, manager, or whoever it was that the sign said to reach out to. I explained my situation, he agreed. Said he would talk to staff.
4th visit: Went perfect!
I though all was well. Then was charged for extra rice, and this time, mondoo was cold. I was in a rush and blew it off.
Some time later I came in again. No mondoo available and I didnt mind waiting. While waiting, the two girls working couldn't help but complain and curse nonstop. Thank goodness I was the only person in the store at the time. However, when I got the food, the mondoo was again cold (on the inside), rice was dry and tasted like it sat for a long time.
I don't know what's going on. But I would love this place to get better. I enjoy the type of food, but dont think I will be going back anytime soon.

Service was really slow during my visit. They seemed underprepared and short-staffed. Portions were on the small side, especially when it came to the protein. Also worth noting: they’re currently running a promotion offering free mandoo for leaving a review, so take some of the higher ratings with a grain of salt.

I haven't gone here in years but i saw it and was like. I'll do it again. And then i'm glad i did. i went in and saw they had loren corn dogs. I was a little iffy at first. but then i got the dog and all i can say even thought its like 5 dollars. it was definitely worth it. it was huge compared to other locations. and tasted so much better then any other places i've tried before. 10/10 recommended. will be coming more often.

Twice as expensive as it should be for what it is: scoop-and-serve cafeteria food... No wonder the place was empty during the dinner rush. Taste is fine.

The place was quiet and empty when I went in......clue #1 and I couldn't smell the food... clue#2. I love Korean did.... . This was not very good at all. The amount of sauces added to the top was over kill. I ate half and threw the rest away........😶😑
