First time eating at cupbop, got the Doochi bop bowl and made it vegan, i started mixing the food and noticed chunks of beef and pork in my VEGGIE bowl that is supposed to contain no animal products. I don’t eat meat and try to make sure I avoid it in my meals and do research to make sure. Very disappointing, they should be using a separate scoop for the veggie option to maybe avoid cross contamination, as for people that may be allergic to it, or that simply don’t eat meat. If you are vegan/vegetarian go elsewhere.

As much as I love coming here. Today there was only 2 workers. One was on break other was in the back believe cooking. Which was fine we were still deciding what we wanted. When the employee on the clock came to the front she apologized for the delay took our order as she was still cooking on top of getting mobile orders and a few people came in waiting longer. You guys need more staff. I felt bad for the girl that was trying to do so much by herself... she even forgot my sauce on my bowl

Cup bop was great decision for lunch

Poor management, unprofessional employees, long wait time, and only one type of meat available. The employee helping me was nice though. The way it was run and how the employees treated each other would deter me from going again.

I ordered from them last night via online. They called me and told me they were literally out of everything and that they would have to cancel my order and give me a refund. That refund takes 5 days to get back. I was starving, just got off work myself and wanted dinner. How do you not have any food to serve customers at 6pm?! It was my first time ordering, and certainly my last.

I came in 30 mins before close and they told me they are out of everything and not taking orders unless someone orders 5 or more bowls.

Food is amazing and great value too! This time we received super fast and friendly service- kudos to the new staff!

This place never seems to disappoint me. This time I got a level 5 I think I'm going to step it up next time and go for level 6 I like my food a little more spicier
