I am discovering so many Cupbops in the valley, and every single one of them treats people right. Their people always go above and beyond the call of duty to make their customers feel like human beings; something I can't say about most places.I've been to this particular Cupbop on multiple occasions, and mark my words: "I will come back here again."

Difficult to tell by the picture but rice is not fully cooked!!
This was the first time I tried CupBop. I placed my order online because I was coming after work. Once I arrive at the location I was told that they did not work on my order since they were busy making more food. I was there a few minutes after 5 on a Friday and their was only a family of 4 eating, so I didn't understand why they my order was not ready on time. I waited 15 minutes until my order was ready. Food was good but service is a little slow.

Was stationed in Korea for a year in 2011. I can’t taste a difference in the kimchi! My favorite is the spice variations. So good! Must try! Combination smacks.
