Today was a terrible day to go into Dairy Queen. we waited about five minutes till we finally got notice, and the young lady came around to say sorry we can't serve food we have no cook, so we're saying to ourselves why did you unlock the doors.

I get here 10 minutes before they closed to get an ice cream cone and they’re not taking any more orders! That’s ridiculous! I will never be back. If you’re open till 10:30 you should be taking orders till 10:30 not closing 10 15 minutes early. You sell ice cream it’s not like there’s a lot of cleanup when you sell ice cream! Even if it is a lot of cleanup you’re open till 10:30 not 10:15!
Went through the drive thru today, the girls at the window were super rushy, rude and inconsiderate. They wouldnt let us finish our order, got very sassy when we asked for another item and then gave us almost no fries for our son after we waited 10 minutes at the window.. hopefully someone can re teach them costumer service.
