I literally only get blizzards from this location and after getting food tonight I know why I never order food. The popcorn shrimp basket was less then 1 handful of both shrimp/fries. The toddlers working there cared more about joking around with each other then making the food. The girl that took our order sounded like she was on meth or Molly gave us 3 spoons we only got 1 ice cream treat no straws for our drinks.

Ordered a banana spilt blizzard and a chocolate ice cream. HORRIBLE!! You couldn't even turn the blizzard upside down. When I told the guy it was no good he said, "well I didn't make it was my employee" than went on to blame the ingredients. I always get this and have never had this happen. Plus it had 1 chunk of banana. This was a bad experience and I won't go to this location again. He should have made it again and showed her how to make a blizzard the right way.

Placed online order for pickup inside, got there doors were locked no one would answer the door so I waited half an hour for the order to be completely wrong, I ordered 2 backyard bacon ranch burgers and got 2 cheese burgers. So they offered me oinion rings on the side when there is way more in the burger I ordered. They "remade" the order but just put onion rings on it and argued with me that there's nothing else he could do

The lady working there ask my order multiple and she was not paying attention to what she was doing she forgot to add items on my order and instead of wanting her do her job she was more occupied and talking to all her coworkers and having a good time very disappointed in their services horrible place to go get some ice cream do not come to this Dairy Queen very poor service

Second time coming to this location with my wife. First time was last week and my wife ordered a blizzard that was super runny and it wasn’t delivered “flipped” so she said do I get my next one free? Employee totally avoided her and did not respond. This week we ordered another Oreo brookie blizzard that was super runny that was not flipped. On the sign that advertises them it says served or your next one is free so I jokingly said is my next one free? Same employee from last week says “I couldn’t flip it or else it would spill out.” Isn’t the point of flipping the cup is to show it meets fair Queen standard? I then read the bottom of the sign to him and he says I don’t know anything about that you will have to speak to my manager. I asked for his manager and never got him. When we were leaving I asked again to speak with the manager and he finally got two other employees. Employees then said they don’t know why the signs say that. Says they don’t have any coupons as the signs state. Very unprofessional and will not be back. Employees I spoke with were Andrea and Mack.
