I always go through the drive-thru and have never been inside so I can’t judge the atmosphere. On top of that, for the last 40 years I have only ever purchased one thing…a cherry freeze. Service is fast and the staff is friendly.

The kid at the window was rude, they got my order wrong. When I told him it was wrong, he was rolling his eyes at me. Had to ask for a fork and napkins . He was rude when he handed me a fork, only no napkins, then shut the window. How do u eat BBQ with no napkins. And he wants me to give them a good survey. I don't think so. Learn how to treat your customers

I ordered the turtle pecan cluster blizzard. It was liquefied (or melted; not sure which). I ordered via app so maybe they left the bagged order on the counter instead of a freezer ?. Also, there were only a few pecan pieces & they were not "clusters". The few pieces were crushed & barely noticeable. I had to dig to the bottom to find the pecans. I didn't taste caramel either. It's possible it was dissolved into the liquid. Anyway, I was disappointed with my purchase. I won't be visiting that location again.

Super huge thanks to the staff. We ordered a cotton candy blizzard cake for a birthday and staff went above and beyond to personalize the cake and make the evening special. They were helpful and knowledgeable when the cake was ordered and were beyond flexible and kind when we picked up the cake. 10/10 would order from this location again!

The place was very clean and our server/ cashier she was very friendly and brought our food to us and wrote on my cake for my son's birthday. The burger was also yummy and hot.
