Yesterday I ordered a strawberry banana shake and watched the guy behind the counter grab it with his bare hands, squeezing it into the blender with no gloves on. This was the first time I was going to try Orange Julius and I threw it away. It is the first time I ordered Orange Julius, will be the last! I will tell everybody I know that @ this place people do not take their job seriously and I could have gotten very sick and my wife as well because I was going to share with her. I hope the FDA reads thease. Thanks a lot for ruining my experience and wasting my money! Absolutely disgraceful, I work in a clean room environment where we have to completely sanitize anything that would go into somebody's body! But here, there are no gloves and it is disgusting! Ruined my day throwing $$$$$ away! Made me sick to throw $12 in the trash. But could have gotten sicker if he had poop on his hands! Goodbye and good riddance Orange Julius ?! Hope this helps anyone who may have gotten sick.

A great place to grab either Dairy Queen or Orange Julius, while enjoying the last few moments of the American mall concept. The staff here were exceptionally friendly and informative. Great customer service!Kid-friendliness: They have lots of kids’ sizes and are very friendly to the kids. Lots of options.

The service and treats have always been so so, but what really pushed me over the edge was the 3 employees sitting outside in uniform using some of the most vulgar language I have ever heard, and my husband is in construction. It would be one thing if they were just talking, but they were screaming across the courtyard. Great representation of the company.

Terrible customer service. At open I waited a few minutes and was never greated so I finally asked the girl are you open and she rolls her eyes and says "sure" come to find our thier payment system isn't working and I asked could they just make the drink while the manager was on the phone with his tech support and he didn't apologize or anything just said "no". As a long time DQ customer I'll never come to this location in the mall ever again.

at 2:54pm When I was ordering a chocolate dipped cone in the cup , a white male came up, smart mouth me, and I talked smart back to him that's exactly what he gets but he needs to get fired from there immediately because he is disrespectful and so rude too.

The only thing you sell uis ice cream and you can't make a large dipped cone? Really? The large cone was small.. when I complained, they said it weighs in for a large.. I will never come back

Very crabby young employees. They didn’t want to keep the blizzard machine open despite not closing for 25 minutes. Had bad attitudes throughout the time. And then whined openly about not getting a tip. I don’t wanna tip bad customer service.

Horrible customer service. The lady that took our order literally did not say a single word to us besides what the total of our order was…plus they were out of hot dogs. Just overall not a great experience at all.

One star because when me and my girlfriend went through this drive thru on 04/03/22 at 8:10 we asked for two chocolate dipped ice cream cones and they only gave us one. When we told them we ordered another one they answered very rudely before going to go get it. Then they gave my gf a plain ice cream cone and shut the window on us when I tried to politely tell the girl that we asked for it to be chocolate dipped. We even waited a little to see if she opened the window back up to see what was wrong but she didn't. Very disappointed :(
