I don't know if it was the time that we arrived but everyone there was a teenager, messing around. I ordered a Strawberry Sunday, when it was given to me it only had 2 strawberry slices, and my sisters chocolate dipped cone was barely a cone, and said the cone almost tasted burnt and couldn't even eat it save yourself the time and go to a different location the one we went to was on country club, and main st in Mesa, Az

The website says it opens at 10:30am. My sister went at 11am, the doors were locked. The lady working at the counter ignored her and was on her phone the entire time my sister was knocking. If this had been at 10:35 or even 10:40 I'd understand...but 30 mins after you're supposed to be open is just straight bull.

I was holding up the line so they gave me a free route beer flowed. We tried my card many many times and I was counting change and I said it's sorry sorry we can just forget about it but she held out waiting. For me and I appreciate that.So kudos to this lady and for making my day better in this cold cold

Very happy i found this place, love the ice cream and even though they were majorly busy they did not miss a beat and still had service with a smile .
We were in line at 10:25pm at the order screen. The cashier made eye contact with us. They refused us service. Didn’t even have the courtesy to open the window and say something. Completely rude.
