Told the lady 3 times at the window that I didn't order what she charged me for and she still gave me the order that wasn't mine. Finally a manager came over and refunded it and got the right order for me. So frustrating, mistakes happen, but don't just ignore the customer rather than fix your screw up.

Entire crew has a nasty attitude problem. Waited for nearly an HOUR for my order. Girl practically chucked the order into my window. When I asked for my receipt, they gave a great deal of pushback (btw I’m entitled to that receipt)

Just had the worst service ever. The staff was slow, resentful and incompetent. Had to go inside after waiting forever in my car. Got the food, left and find out they got my order wrong and didn't even complete it. Never Again.

My husband and I waited 35mins for 2 Blizzards. Everyone else was getting their food before us even the walk ins and drive through. they only had about 3 orders in the drive through, and 3 walk ins that came after us. it was 20mins before closing and at this point we see that we were the only ones their, the employees were cleaning and stocking up. When we went to ask about our order, the lady Javena who took our order literally lied to our faces and said “oh i didnt know about this order”. Who knew 2 Blizzards could take up ti 35mins, If we didnt say anything about our order we probably still be there until closing. So unprofessional and just disappointing to a point where we didnt even want our order no more.
