My husband and I waited 35mins for 2 Blizzards. Everyone else was getting their food before us even the walk ins and drive through. they only had about 3 orders in the drive through, and 3 walk ins that came after us. it was 20mins before closing and at this point we see that we were the only ones their, the employees were cleaning and stocking up. When we went to ask about our order, the lady Javena who took our order literally lied to our faces and said “oh i didnt know about this order”. Who knew 2 Blizzards could take up ti 35mins, If we didnt say anything about our order we probably still be there until closing. So unprofessional and just disappointing to a point where we didnt even want our order no more.

Drive thru window extremely dirty. Person serving food looked like they had flour thrown at them. Extremely unsanitary.

The DQ app has issues. The employees (except 1) claim they no nothing about the app. Will not help.

Yo it was fire we showed up at a later time, and while they were closing the lady said that we could stay a little longer iland didn't kick us out. Really appreciated it

Food was gross, cold fries cheeseburger seemed to be microwaved cause it was HOT, flies everywhere around the dine in area wouldn’t recommend this location.

Food was kinda gross, fries were cold the cheeseburger was undercooked smothered in ketchup and mustard can’t forget the flies also the man who served me my food was sweaty… couldn’t finish my food.

Have been to this location now 3 times and every time the the level of disrespect and lack of care for customer service is mind blowing lady working the drive thru wish I caught a name but was very rude and then when I asked y she told me have a good day and closed the door! The last time they had asked me to pull forward as my food Was not ready and then proceeded to drop the food in my lap when he came out!

Don't expect customer service at this location

I saw a black lady told other Mexican lady to locked on me so no friendly at all!! I tried to show and find out than ignored me at all!!!
