Used the drive through for a quick lunch of the double cheeseburger. LOUSY. It didn't look anything like the on-line menu picture. Thin patties, dried out, just plain BAD. Won't be bothering going back here again unless it's for ice cream.

This location deserves zero stars, as one is being overly generous. You dont have to take just my word- read through some of the other reviews - rude employees who have no customer service skills whatsoever and can't even make the correct order. Not to mention the length of time you will spend waiting to place your order and then receive it. I waited, no joke, 35 minutes to receive one blizzard that I placed as a mobile order. I went up to the counter twice and finally on the second attempt was able to get my order made. This is the worst DQ I've ever been to. Whoever the franchise owner is of this location could care less, as a formal complaint was submitted to corporate and forwarded to the store, and a response was never received. This was several weeks ago. It's such a shame because this location is right by my house, and I would be a regular customer. I hope you go out of business!

Holy garbage. I know it’s fast food but I didn’t know it was trash food. We pulled in and got a meal here, we were told to pull around out of the drive thru line to wait on the food. When we pulled out and waited the “server” who was working on 6/29/25 at 8:20 told us “ thanks for the extra steps” and then proceeded to toss the food at us. Never supporting this location again, sorry we were such an inconvenience to your shift.

Being pregnant things really matter to me like customer service and this place fails! I don't know how The girl with the dirty shirt taking orders from the register can get the only two orders wrong. These two are also at fault for not saying that it was not their order as mine is the strawberry they decided to keep while only returning the pineapple my boyfriend ordered. Their order was fudge And Carmel, not hard to see with your eyes it's not correct! So then the girl with the dirty shirt didn't remake our order but instead skips our order ( which was placed first ) to make their order correct. After a while when more people come in , the father to my unborn child has to go up to the register and ask where our order is. What I am assuming is the manager on duty then tries to give him the one that the girl who squeezed into clothes that don't fit her had returned and he had to tell him over and over he don't want it because we witnessed them eating from it. Why they didn't immediately throw it away instead of keeping it on the counter , I have no idea other than to try and pass it off as not contaminated!!! We don't share food with strangers especially after they ate from it! Especially when these two came out of a bathroom made for one person at a time, this place needs to be more professional!!

Yeaaa, don't go to this location.. Probably the worst DQ ive been to. Ordered a 6-piece tender meal with cotton candy blizzard and Paid for Extra cotton candy topping/crunch. It seemed to have less then the normal amount like to the point where it was blended vanilla soft serve. On top of that i got literally cold, soggy, old fries. Tenders seemed old too, it sad to say but the toast was the best part. Waste of time and $20

You have no handicap parking or ramp from parking lot to entrance. You come in and stand at counter waiting to at least be greeted or some kind of be with you in a moment. Instead you have 5 employees trying to work 1 drive through window. Should really work in customer service. Employees speak softly and make you repeat your self multiple times for a 3 item order. All customers should be treated the same. Drive through seems to be everyone’s main focuses these days and all customers should matter the same.
