Deep fried panko-crusted pork loin. Served with katsu gravy, shredded cabbage salad with ginger dressing, radish kimchi, miso soup, and rice.

Bigger version of our tonkatsu. Deep fried panko-crusted pork loin. Served with katsu gravy, shredded cabbage salad with ginger dressing, radish kimchi, miso soup, and rice.
4. Chicken Katsu
Deep fried panko-crusted chicken thigh. Served with katsu gravy, shredded cabbage salad with ginger dressing, radish kimchi, miso soup, and rice.
5. Shrimp and Croquette
Deep fried panko-crusted shrimp (4 pieces) and pumpkin croquette. Served with katsu gravy, shredded cabbage salad with ginger dressing, radish kimchi, miso soup, and rice.
6. Sashimi Bowl
Chopped tuna, salmon, and white fish on the bed of sushi rice, spring mix, cabbage, red onion, seaweed salad, jalapeno, and gochujang sauce.

Pork-based broth Japanese ramen with mayu (black garlic oil). Topped with chashu (pork belly), soft-boiled egg, wood ear mushroom, crispy onion, and green onion.
11. Miso Butter Ramen
Pork-based broth ramen with miso and butter. Topped with chashu (pork belly), soft-boiled egg, corn, bean sprouts, and green onion.

Dominic was our chef. He was entertaining the whole time. He did an excellent job of making sure my food that needed extra care (dairy free) was kept separate from the rest of the food. The food was delicious, especially the steak.

Chef Alex is the reason why we love dining at the Chandler location and have made it somewhat of a tradition to dine-in on birthdays. We've requested for him a few times now as he actually makes an effort to entertain the guests. Our kids love his jokes! The food is always cooked to perfection and the quality is next to none. If you haven't had chef Alex prepare your meals, we highly recommend requesting for him on your next visit!

Dominic and Maxine did an amazing job from beginning to end. The eating experience was nothing short of fun, exciting and the best tepan experience I have ever had. Highly recommend you ask for Dominic when you come in, he will not disappoint. Thank you
