Go anywhere else but here. Horrible customer service. The workers can’t listen and gave me the wrong food and refused to fix it. They don’t know how to listen to a simple order. Don’t recommend coming here.

I recently ate @ Del Taco for the first time ever about 6 weeks ago and have been hooked ever since! They have Taco Bell beat in flavor hands down! The seasonings that they use are very pleasing to my palette!

Order is never correct we’re always missing things or they’ve told us twice we’ve never ordered and paid. We’ve had to show the order and they still told us both times we actually didn’t. Then both times they magically found the order in the screen they never saw they claimed. I mean it’s horrible and today we had missing tacos.

For a chain, this place isn’t bad. I bet the bean and cheese and fish tacos. I only choose a chain when a local isn’t as fast or as close. This one happens to be pretty decent.

Worst, most disrespectful experience I’ve had at any restaurant. Went to pick up an order. Did not receive half the food and went in. When I told the manager what happened he simply said “I put the food in your bag myself”. Food I never received in the bag. The manager was short with me, refused to correct their mistake then when he finally started making the food, spent the whole time talking about me mockingly to the staff, right in front of me. Very disgusting, inappropriate behavior. Will NOT be wasting my time and money here again!

Dietary restrictions: We ordered a taco and two Bean burritos. The taco was fine. The two bean burritos we asked to add onions and enchilada sauce. When we arrived home and sat down in front of hour football game, we found that the two burritos we're not only missing onions and enchilada sauce, but, had french fries in each of them. The french fries were soggy and disgusting inside a bean burrito. Not sure how that could have been misconstrued, because the words don't even sound similar.

Sunday morning November 24th at about 0715hrs, I stopped at this location and waited 27 minutes in the drive through along with another vehicle ahead of me. The person inside took our orders and then never came to the window. I was the second vehicle in line so I couldn't back up and the vehicle In front of me was attempting to communicate with the person inside. I noticed other people at the dine in door standing there waiting as well. I am not sure what happened and I tried to call four times @ 480 964 0057 but no one answered. This was my favorite location.
