Got robbed again at this location in the drive through. Charged me $10 for a single burrito and would not give me a receipt when I asked for it, large Mexican lady said it was not working and only the counter receipt printer works. I told her I had been overcharged before and she acted surprised. She told me the price of $8.30 and then I saw my price should have been $7.50 and it was over $10 charged to my card. Either stop trying to steal money for tips or charging for the wrong order/items. I doubt it's the wrong order and more towards stealing money from the store by running a higher charge and pocketing the change from the register. I only came back as the burritos are good and thought the first was an accident. For management I was there on Sunday 12/28 at 3pm roughly, and I did go through the corporate feedback/contact sheet provided last time.

I found this restaurant to be very clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. I have never had the chili fries before and I found them to be very tasty. I always get my crunchy chicken taco….that was delicious here. The chicken quesadilla was very good and everything was fresh and hot.

Staff was friendly. However they forgot the napkins for our drive thru order. The cheese was on 1 end of the soft tacos with the lettuce at the other, so very sloppy in hiw the make the food, and the care they have for it and the taste. Otherwise they are pretty good at this one. Better than the one on N Power!! Some of the photos online and at restaurant are misleading and make the food items appear significantly larger than they are. Company wide, it would be nice to be able to switch the salsa on an item, without an upcharge. Otherwise how about giving credits and such for removing of items. It should go both ways...

My second time having to come here to leave a note so good review! I don’t know what is going on with the staff here but they are incompetent! I received a coupon from awhile back because my order was messed up. I tried to use the coupon today and the “machine wouldn’t scan it”. They said sorry, nothing we can do. I find that very hard to believe if there is a manager there that knows what they are doing! Again, asked for fries with no salt and they are covered in salt. Taco shells are all broken. Paid for extra cheese on them and received very little but tons of lettuce. Not sure the rush when there was NOBODY else there! Get it together!!!!

I really hope management steps in and remove the woman taking orders at the drive through. Last time we received double our order and was billed for it. This time I had a long hair in my food thankfully i saw it before I bit into it. Also there was some really old lettuce I picked out of the tacos like when letteuce has gone bad for a couple of weeks. I have been there in the morning when the gentleman running the drive through always gets order right and the food quality is better. The reason why people are avoiding this location is because of this. Management needs to step in and clean house.

It's food. It's not good, though. It was fairly terrible. I had sworn off del taco about 30 years ago. But I somehow manage to eat it once every 10 years.
Yep it's still awful. The medium taco sauce is good though. I could see myself stopping by on occasion to grab a few handfuls of that stuff and leave.
Pretty sure this is why you shouldn't wear jewelry when in food service. I just found this in my nachos 🤮

The person working the drive through read my order back to me correctly, 1 quesadilla and 2 tacos (she even repeated the no onions part). I did not get the two tacos and I did not get charged for them, but I was already home when I realize that. Please do not repeat the order base on memory! Put the order in the system first and read off of that. I would have gladly paid for the tacos i made the trip for!

after a long day of selling cars or doing nothing but trying to sell cars comes the end of the day with a few hours left on my shift I think to my self about del taco and it just never fails to make my day better this food slaps on so many levels and props to whoever gives me extra secret sauce I hope you get laid

I always special order my French fries. My daughter got me hooked years ago and I have not changed this order yet. It’s French fries with chicken, queso blanco sauce, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Oh. And two hot sauce. 😊👍 ~~I think this would be a good item to add to the menu? 🫶🏻 Oh. And sometimes, I will order extra blanco sauce, on the side (even though it costs more money than it should). 🫤 I don’t have a picture, but maybe next time when I order it, I’ll post a picture in case anyone is curious as to how it looks.
