Our server was excellent. He made sure that we got everything that we wanted and I came in with my three grandchildren and my teenage son we had a couple of mistakes he fixed immediately before we even got our food he noticed so we were wondering why he brought out the extra and that was because he realized that our order wasn’t right. He had a smile on his face. Great customer service thank you Ian for making my dinner with my family amazing. I’ve been to this exact Denny’s on the weekend. Nothing close to what we received tonight from Ian.

This is the worst thing I’ve seen in 20 years running restaurants. Slapping the plates down leaving us with food with no silverware. We got breakfast platters. Come on and clearly agitated when taking an order. Cook fixed his order we heard him call it back 2 min out. She never brought us anything. Plenty of time to fix that mistake. I felt so upset I got us boxes and left and told the server in 20 years running restaurants I’d never in my life left no tip. But for her any step of service was wrong every behavior was wrong.

This Denny's was great, the server, a lady, brought me the wrong plate I ordered biscuits and gravy, not pancakes, and biscuits and gravy always comes with sausage and this didn't, you have to ask, which I didn't know, my first time being there for my birthday 🎂, will definitely be back!!!
Everytime I come here, I get the warmest welcome and the best food. Server Suzanne always makes sure I have everything I need as fast as she can. Never will I stop eating here.
